The project consists of a 3 km 2,82 + 121-6 ±km long stretch of district road No 1946C, with a distance of km from the section of + 300- ±. The project will be located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province, in the county of Szkelski, in the municipality of Szubin. Technical documentation and feasibility studies have been developed so far. The necessary authorisations for the implementation of the investment have also been acquired. The works have not started. The project is an independent unit of analysis and covers all tasks necessary to ensure functionality and operability of the infrastructure at the end of the material scope. The execution of ancillary investment tasks not included in the project is not required for the deployment of products which are not included in the material scope. the scope covers: Task No 1 Construction works — Rehabilitation of the District Road No 1946C Heavy — Popines and Task No 2 Promotion of the project. The rationale for the choice of technology is its compatibility with Polish and European standards, ensuring that the road load capacity and the value for money are favourable. The solutions adopted will make it possible to improve the accessibility to national road No 5 as a branch of corridor VI, marked as corridor VI A (Grudziadz — Świecie — Bydgoszcz — Poznań — Wrocław): the Direction of the Czech Republic). the Applicant, the Investor, the Beneficiary of the Project is Napocal District. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa drogi powiatowej nr 1946C Ciężkowo – Wąsosz na odcinku Słupy-Wąsosz w km 3+300-6+121 o długości 2,82 km. Projekt będzie zlokalizowany w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, w powiecie nakielskim, gminie Szubin. Dotychczas opracowano dokumentację techniczną oraz studiumwykonalności. Pozyskano także niezbędne zezwolenia na realizację inwestycji. Roboty budowlane nie zostały rozpoczęte. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktówprojektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym.Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: Zadanie nr 1 Roboty budowlane – przebudowa drogi powiatowej nr 1946C Ciężkowo – Wąsosz i Zadanie nr 2 Promocja projektu. Uzasadnieniem dla wyboru technologii jest jej zgodność z polskimi i europejskimi normami, zapewnienie odpowiedniej nośności drogi oraz korzystny stosunek jakości do ceny. Przyjęte rozwiązania umożliwią poprawę dostępności do drogi krajowej nr 5 stanowiącej odgałęzienie korytarza transportowego nr VI, oznaczona jako korytarz VI A (Grudziądz - Świecie - Bydgoszcz - Poznań - Wrocław: kierunek Republika Czeska).Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem projektu jest Powiat Nakielski. Podmiotem realizującym projekt będzie Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych w Nakle nad Notecią. Projekt realizowany metodą PCM w formie partycypacyjnej. (Polish)
