The main objective of the project is to: To improve energy efficiency in the public sector through the renovation of public utility buildings in Nowosona municipality. The users of the upgraded infrastructure will be residents of the municipality. The benefits of achieving the project’s objectives of improving energy efficiency and thus related to ambient air quality will go beyond its limits. The material scope of the investment includes the thermal modernisation of the three public buildings: Municipality Office of Nowosona: Replacement of window and door frames (implemented in 2016), replacement of window frames in the meeting room (2016), modernisation of the central heating system, installation of a lightning protection system, modernisation of the lighting system, installation of a photovoltaic installation, insulation of a building, insulation of floors, interior wall insulation, upgrading of Dach’s partition walls, related works (dismantling and preparatory works). TSOs in Leipzig: Modernisation of the hot water system, replacement of door frames, insulation of external walls, modernisation of the houses, modernisation of the heating system. TSOs in Stary Skarze: Installation — installation of thermo-static heads and automatic weather conditions, replacement of window frames, replacement of input doors, insulation of external walls, insulation of the top of the meeting room, insulation of the roof over the rest of the building, modernisation of the lighting system. The project will increase energy efficiency by 63.98 % (average for all thermomodernised buildings), reduce the annual primary energy consumption of public buildings (CO32) by 613 387.45 kWh/year and an estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas (CO34) emissions of 100,15 tonnes of equivalent CO2/rok. Głównym celem projektu jest: Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym poprzez termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Nowosolna. Użytkownikami zmodernizowanej infrastruktury będą mieszkańcy gminy. Korzyści wynikające z osiągnięcia celów projektu związanych z poprawą efektywności energetycznej a tym samym związanych z jakością powietrza atmosferycznego wykraczać będą poza jej granice. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje termomodernizację trzech budynków użyteczności publicznej: Urząd Gminy Nowosolna: Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (zostało zrealizowane w 2016), wymiana stolarki okiennej w sali konferencyjnej (zostało zrealizowane w 2016), Modernizacja instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, Montaż instalacji odgromowej, Modernizacja systemu oświetlenia, Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, Docieplenie budynku, Docieplenie stropów, Izolacja ścian fundamentowych, Modernizacja przegrody Dach, Roboty towarzyszące (prace demontażowe i przygotowawcze). OSP w Lipinach: Modernizacja systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej, Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej, Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, Modernizacja przegrody Dach, Modernizacja systemu grzewczego. OSP w Starych Skoszewach: Instalacja - montaż głowic termostatycznych i automatyki pogodowo-czasowej, Wymiana stolarki okiennej, Wymiana drzwi wejściowych, Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, Docieplenie stropodachu sali spotkań, Docieplenie stropodachu nad pozostałą częścią budynku, Modernizacja systemu oświetlenia. Projekt zakłada wzrost efektywności energetycznej o 63,98% (średnia dla wszystkich termomodernizowanych budynków), zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (CO32) o 613 387,45 kWh/rok oraz szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CO34) kształtujący się na poziomie 100,15 tony równoważnika CO2/rok.
