Celem głównym proj. jest wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności oraz złagodzenie dysfunkcji utrudniających naukę 238 uczniów, 119 dziewczynek (dalej dz) oraz 119 chłopców (dalej chł) Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Nowem (87dz/87chł) oraz Szkoły Podstawowej Nr 1 w Trylu (32dz/32chł) a także trwała poprawa jakości usług edukacyjnych tych szkół dzięki podniesieniu kwalifikacji 11 nauczycielek (dalej k) i 1 nauczyciela (dalej m) tychże szkół. Zakres wsparcia oraz grupę docelową określono na podstawie przeprowadzonej diagnozy problemów i potencjałów edukacyjnych szkół, obejmujących przede wszystkim:- uczniów uzyskujących wysokie wyniki edukacyjne z przedmiotów matematyczno-przyrodniczych, informatyki i języka angielskiego oraz niemieckiego;- uczniów uzyskujących wyniki edukacyjne znacznie poniżej średniej;- uczniów przejawiających dysfunkcje rozwojowe utrudniające uczenie się;- uczniów potrzebujących pomocy w określeniu swoich predyspozycji;- n-li potrzebujących wsparcia w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz stosowania alternatywnych metod prowadzenia lekcji mobilizujących kreatywność uczniów.Uwzględniając potrzeby i oczekiwania uczniów oraz kadry pedagogicznej określono następujący zakres wsparcia:a) zajęcia:- rozwijające wiedzę i umiejętności uczniów,- wyrównujące dla uczniów słabszych,- wsparcie terapeutyczne, doradcze i ogólnorozwojowe.b) nauczycieli potrzebujących szkoleń rozwijających kompetencje odpowiadające potrzebom edukacyjnym uczniów.Wszystkie zaplanowane działania i formy wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkołach i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy.
