The target group in general is the general education teachers and students of 3 primary schools in the municipality of Jabłonowo. The objective is to increase the quality of education processes through the extension/modernisation of the educational offer and the technical facilities of the 3 primary school from the Municipality of Jabłononowo to 31.VIII.2020. through the implementation of comprehensive development programmes responding to schools’ diagnosed needs, including, above all, the acquisition of key competences for pupils and the upgrading of teachers’ competences, including the support of key competences, the strengthening of teaching based on the experimental and practical use of ICT tools and the individualisation of support for students with special needs (in particular students with disabilities). This will be complemented by an offer of schools to individualise work with special needs. The project timetable is foreseen in the period IV.2019-VIII.2019 for the retrofitting of the science/ICT equipment and equipment/specialised therapies support equipment. The project will enable the following (main) indicators to be achieved: — The number of students who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme — 350 people; — Number of students with special educational needs supported by 22-35. — Number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or have acquired competence after leaving the programme — 38 people 1 571,02; — Number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme — 3 schools; — Number of schools and educational system using ICT equipment to carry out educational activities — schools; — Number of schools and educational facilities using ICT equipment to carry out educational activities — 2 schools; the project meets the bonus criterion No B.2.1 (5 points,), B.2.2 (5 points), B.2.6 (1 points), B.2.8 (2 points). Grupę docelową w proj. stanowią nauczyciele kształcenia ogólnego i uczniowie 3 szkół podstawowych gminy Jabłonowo Pomorskie. Celem proj. jest wzrost jakości procesów kształcenia poprzez rozszerzenie/unowocześnienie oferty edukacyjnej i zaplecza technicznego 3 Szkół Podstawowych z Gminy Jabłonowo Pomorskie do 31.VIII.2020r., dzięki wdrożeniu kompleksowych programów rozwojowych stanowiących odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby szkół obejmujące przede wszystkim nabycie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów i podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli, polegających m.in. na wsparciu kompetencji kluczowych, wzmocnieniu nauczania opartego na eksperymentach i praktycznym wykorzystaniu narzędzi TIK oraz indywidualizacji wsparcia dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (w szczególności uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami). W ramach proj. zostanie uzupełniona oferta szkół o indywidualizację pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Harmonogram projektu przewiduje w okresie IV.2019-VIII.2019r. doposażenie pracowni dla przedmiotów ścisłych/TIK i sprzęt/pomoce wspierający terapie specjalistyczne. Dzięki realizacji projektu będą możliwe do osiągnięcia następujące (głównych) wskaźniki:- Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 350 os.;- Liczba uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi objętych wsparciem – 22 os.;- Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 38 os. w tym 35 kobiet;- Liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 3 szkoły;- Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły.Wartość przypadająca na uczestnika w ramach wskaźnika "Liczba uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych w programie” wynosi 1 571,02 zł.Projekt spełnia kryterium premiujące nr B.2.1 (5 pkt.,), B.2.2 (5 pkt.), B.2.6 (1 pkt.), B.2.8 (2 pkt.).
