Projekt "Aktywni mogą więcej (II)" zakłada aktywizację zawodową 155 osób bezrobotnych, w tym 85 kobiet w wieku 30 lat i powyżej, zamieszkujących teren powiatu międzyrzeckiego, objętych I lub II profilem pomocy, znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osób po 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób niepełnosprawnych, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz niskowykwalifikowanych. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane u tych osób trudności i bariery oraz charakteryzuje się zindywidualizowanym i kompleksowym podejściem do ich rozwiązania. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: dla wszystkich poradnictwo zawodowe, dla 25 os. środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, dla 90 os. staże, dla 25 os. szkolenia. Ponadto w ramach projektu utworzonych zostanie 15 stanowisk pracy w ramach refundacji doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracy. projekt będzie spełniał zasadę równości szans. (Polish)
