The aim of the project is to increase the employability of disadvantaged people in the labour market, i.e. women, people aged 50 +, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled. The project will lead to an employment of at least 45 % of project participants. This objective will be achieved through a professional activation enabling the acquisition, upgrading or adaptation of competences and qualifications needed in the labour market, including through quality training and courses. In order to complement professional experience, employers should be able to acquire practical skills for the profession in question, inter alia, through internships, intervention work or employment as part of reimbursement of equipment costs or the retrofitting of posts. In order to boost the local market, people who are willing to start up a company will receive up to PLN 20. Job placements and/or guidance will be used to choose a profession consistent with qualifications and competences, and the support provided will be linked to IPDs. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. kobiet, osób w wieku 50+, osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych i o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 45% uczestników projektu. Powyższy cel osiągnięty zostanie dzięki aktywizacji zawodowej, która umożliwi nabywanie, podwyższanie lub dostosowanie kompetencji i kwalifikacji, niezbędnych na rynku pracy, m.in. poprzez wysokiej jakości szkolenia i kursy. W celu uzupełnienia doświadczenia zawodowego, pożądanego przez pracodawców należy umożliwić nabywanie praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie danego zawodu m.in. poprzez staże, prace interwencyjne czy zatrudnienie w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska. W celu pobudzenia lokalnego rynku, osoby chętne do założenia firmy otrzymają środki w wysokości do 20 tys. zł. W zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami zastosowane będzie pośrednictwo pracy lub/i poradnictwo zawodowe, a udzielone wsparcie wynikać będzie z IPD. (Polish)
