The project concerns the internationalisation of the Company and the entrance of the MEXMO brand to the German and Cuban markets. It comprises 5 stages, which include tasks relating to participation in national and foreign trade fairs and organisations and participation in an economic mission. The planned activities, in line with the Enterprise Development Strategy, will make it possible to start exporting the MEXMO product offer to foreign markets. The project is carried out by Gorzów Wlkp, where the company is located. The project will be implemented by the 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 deadline. implementation of the project results directly from the need to take action determining the development and improvement of the competitiveness of the MEXMO Company. A market development strategy and geographical expansion have been adopted as an optimal solution. To this end, participation in international economic events will be needed to promote the MEXMO brand, to engage with potential partners and to attract a wide range of counterparties to target markets, including target audiences. As a result of the project, it will be possible to sign foreign trading contracts, increase employment, start the revenue from the sale of export products by MEXMO, improve the Company’s competitiveness and build a positive image of the MEXMO brand in the country and abroad. Export-related activities will continue in the following years and the revenues received will allow further development investments to be undertaken by the Company. In addition, the project will increase the level of international trade and promote the region. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest umiędzynarodowienie Spółki i wejście z ofertą marki MEXMO na rynek niemiecki i kubański. Obejmuje on 5 etapów w skład których wchodzą zadania dotyczące udziału w krajowych i zagranicznych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych oraz organizacja i udział w misji gospodarczej. Zaplanowane działania, zgodne ze Strategią rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, umożliwią rozpoczęcie eksportu oferty produktowej marki MEXMO na rynki zagraniczne. Miejscem realizacji projektu jest Gorzów Wlkp., w którym znajduje się siedziba Spółki. Projekt realizowany będzie w terminie 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 r. Realizacja projektu wynika bezpośrednio z konieczności podjęcia działań determinujących rozwój i poprawę konkurencyjności Spółki MEXMO. Jako optymalne rozwiązanie przyjęta została strategia rozwoju rynku i ekspansja geograficzna. W tym celu konieczny jest udział w międzynarodowych wydarzeniach gospodarczych, które umożliwią rozpromowanie marki MEXMO, nawiązanie licznych kontaktów z potencjalnymi partnerami i pozyskanie szerokiej grupy kontrahentów na rynkach docelowych, w tym także odbiorców docelowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie podpisanie zagranicznych kontraktów handlowych, wzrost zatrudnienia, rozpoczęcie uzyskiwania przez Spółkę MEXMO przychodów ze sprzedaży produktów na eksport, poprawa konkurencyjności Spółki i budowa pozytywnego wizerunku marki MEXMO w kraju i za granicą. Działania związane z eksportem będą kontynuowane w kolejnych latach, a uzyskiwane przychody umożliwią podjęcie Spółce dalszych inwestycji rozwojowych.
