The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed over 29. selected for aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so called “requiring support”) in particular for people aged over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in Grudziądz and Grudziądz district. The main result of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of employment performance indicators according to the Communication on setting minimum levels of employment efficiency criterion for Regional Operational Programmes: — a minimum level of employment performance criterion for people aged 50 years and over to at least 33 %, the minimum employment performance criterion for women of at least 39 %, the minimum employment performance criterion for people with disabilities of at least 33 %, — minimum employment performance criterion for long-term unemployed of at least 30 %, — minimum level of employment performance criterion for the low-skilled (to ISCED level 3) of at least 38 %. For each participant, the project will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w szczególności osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w mieście Grudziądzu i powiecie grudziądzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej zgodnie z Komunikatem w sprawie wyznaczenia minimalnych poziomów kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla Regionalnych Programów Operacyjnych dla poszczególnych grup: - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 33%, - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 39%, - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie co najmniej 33%, - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%, - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) na poziomie co najmniej 38%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
