The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed above the age of 29 selected in the Aid Profile I (so-called “active unemployed”) or the “Aid Profile II” (“the need to support”), in particular: people over the age of 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in papillae. The main result of the project will be the taking of employment or self-employment, measured in accordance with the criterion of employment efficiency, by persons in a particularly vulnerable situation registered at the Poviat Labour Office in Brodnica, in particular: 33 % of people aged 50 and over, 39 % women, 33 % of people with disabilities, 30 % of the long-term unemployed, 38 % of the low-skilled. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w szczególności: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie brodnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia, mierzone zgodnie z kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej, przez osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Brodnicy, w szczególności: przez 33 % osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39 % kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 38 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
