The project is aimed at the inhabitants of the district of Moleński. Only those at risk of poverty and social exclusion receive support. The main objective of the project is to raise the social and professional competences of the 90 participants. (up) including 60 women at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the ORSG area. The target will be reached in the period from 1.1.2019 to 30.06.2020 (within 18 months of implementation of proj.). The project offers support for active inclusion in 2 areas: a social activation and activation of a branch of the Social Integration Club, to be created for local residents, using, among other things, the local capacity of the JST and the resources of the employers and the tools offered by participation in the KIS.In the framework of social activation, each participant will receive social support in the Club. For each of the 90 participants, a pathway of social and labour reintegration will be developed. Participants shall be offered cultural animation, support groups, legal advice, professional guidance, support for the training broker, job placement as well as the possibility to take advantage of training/vocational training courses/professional training courses and traineeships (for 80 and 60 respectively). Projekt skierowany jest do mieszkańców powiatu mogileńskiego. Wsparcie otrzymują wyłącznie osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Głównym celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych 90 uczestników proj. (UP), w tym 60 kobiet, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących obszar ORSG. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od 1.1.2019 roku do 30.06.2020 roku (w okresie 18 miesięcy realizacji proj.).ZAKRES WSPARCIA. Projekt oferuje wsparcie dotyczące aktywnej integracji w 2 obszarach: aktywizacja społeczna i aktywizacja zawodowa w ramach uczestnictwa w Filii Klubu Integracji Społecznej, tworzonej dla mieszkańców pow. mogileńskiego, przy wykorzystaniu m.in. potencjału lokalowego JST oraz zasobów pracodawców oraz narzędzi jakie daje uczestnictwo w KIS.W ramach aktywizacji społecznej każdy uczestnik otrzyma wsparcie o charakterze społecznym świadczone w Klubie. Dla każdego z 90 uczestników opracowana zostanie ścieżka reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej. Uczestnikom oferowane jest wsparcie o charakterze animacji kulturalnej, grupy wsparcia, poradnictwo prawne, doradztwo zawodowe, wsparcie brokera edukacyjnego, pośrednictwo pracy, a także w proj. będzie możliwość skorzystania ze szkoleń / kursów zawodowych podnoszących kwalifikacje / kompetencje zawodowe oraz ze staży zawodowych (przygotowanych odpowiednio dla 80 i 60 osób uczestniczących w proj.
