The project “Active autonomy — a success” aims to support the social and occupational activation of homeless people in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province, which benefit from the support of the Centre for Support to the Homeless and Critical Homelessness in Brodnicki Centre Caritas. The project involves the creation of 3 social services in the development of assisted living housing (one located in the Brodnica and the other in Włocławek), in which people living with homelessness are established. After several months of preparation for emancipation, they will also take a career which is a condition of parallel residence. In this way, the combination of independent living on a daily basis and activity in the professional sphere will enable the life of people to be assisted to return to the labour market and to reside on their own account. The project will result in the ending of 7 women and men. The project is implemented in a partnership between the Caratas Centre of Caritas (Realizator of the project) and the Municipality of Brodnica (Partners of the Project), which have been working together for many years on the social and occupational activation of homeless people. The project runs for 31 months between January 2018 and July 2020. (English) | |||

Projekt zakłada stworzenie 3 miejsc usług społecznych w powstających w trakcie projektu mieszkaniach wspomaganych (jednym zlokalizowanym w Brodnicy i drugim we Włocławku), w których zamieszkają osoby wychodzące z bezdomności. Wynikiem projektu będzie wyjście z bezdomności 7 kobiet i mężczyzn. (Polish)
