The applicant intends to carry out a project to invest in research infrastructure for: 1. The construction of a hall for the testing, together with office — social rooms; 2. Purchase of the 2 basic machines for carrying out the tests: Glass prelamination line, autoclave for glass laminated; 3. The purchase of other equipment and software for the execution of the studies. New and innovative technologies developed within the project will allow for research and development of innovative products of laminated glass: 1. Safety glass panels, lighter and thinner by 20 % from existing on the market, 2. Safety glass panels, reinforced and not yet manufactured in Poland, 3. Safe and anti-hurricane panels, using 35 % cheaper materials than current ones, 4. Bullet-type, lighter and thinner panels 8 % than existing ones, 5. Architectural glass panels using internal metal elements, 6. Panels of laminated multi-functionality laminated glass panels (e.g. safety glass, heated, fire-resistant in one panel of laminated glass). The project aims to develop and purchase R & D infrastructure, which is in line with the objective of Action I.2 of ROP WBL 2014-2020, to increase the R & D activity of companies. Following this investment, the Company will have adequate facilities to work on R & D to develop a technology for the laminating of flat and curved glass with enhanced functionality in the autoclave system. The planned technologies will combine the advantages of both lamination technologies: autoclave and drowning. This concerns in particular: 1. Reduction of production costs for specialist glass with an increased functionality of at least 35 %, 2. The production of specialised glass with an increased functionality in the autoclave system using the pre-lamination process, thereby speeding up production by at least (English)

Wnioskodawca zamierza zrealizować projekt polegający na inwestycji w infrastrukturę do prowadzenia badań w zakresie: 1. Budowy hali do prowadzenia badań wraz z pomieszczeniami biurowo – socjalnymi; 2. Zakupu 2 podstawowych maszyn do realizacji badań: Linia do prelaminacji szkła, Autoklaw do laminacji szkła; 3. Paneli szkła kuloodpornego, lżejszych i cieńszych o 8% niż dotychczasowo produkowane, 5. W następstwie tej inwestycji Spółka będzie dysponowała odpowiednim zapleczem do podjęcia prac B+R zmierzających do opracowania technologii laminowania szkła płaskiego i giętego o zwiększonej funkcjonalności w systemie autoklawowym. Planowane technologie umożliwią połączenie zalet obydwu technologii laminowania: autoklawowej i bezutoklawowej. Dotyczy to w szczególności: 1.
