Przedmiotem projektu są prace polegające na budowie miasteczka rekreacji i ruchu drogowego w Kończewicach mające na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Chełmża na lata 2017 – 2023.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Chełmża. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Kończewice, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym wnioskiem.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Kończewice na działkach nr 233/37, 233/38.Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następującego działania:1. Roboty budowlane – budowa miasteczka rekreacji i ruchu drogowego w Kończewicach (Polish)
