The project aims at building a home for social services, with the necessary technical and accompanying infrastructure and equipment. The facility will be dedicated to the provision of social services in the form of community-based services. The facility will be located in 2 locations comprising: a 24/7 care house and a daily care house. The scope of the project includes: • Construction works,• Purchase of equipment (equipment of rooms, RTV/household appliances, medical equipment and equipment, household appliances and equipment — kitchen and washing machine),• Purchase and installation of a passenger lift,• Purchase of a means of transport for the transport of disabled persons. The project will increase the availability of social services in the local community in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province and in the Soviet district. As a result of the project, two new care facilities will be created, a 24/7 support centre for 30 people and a daily aid house for 20 people. The facilities will be reserved for dependent persons, including the elderly. This means that the project will increase access to social services for this target audience. The planned activities will contribute to de-institutionalisation of social and care services in the district and in local communities. As a result, the organisation and operation of these facilities will recall the conditions of family life, which will also have a positive impact on the direct recipients of the project. The project is implemented under Priority Axis 6. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa domu na potrzeby usług społecznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i towarzyszącą oraz wyposażeniem. Obiekt będzie przeznaczony na potrzeby świadczenia usług społecznych w formie usług świadczonych w lokalnej społeczności. W obiekcie tym umiejscowione będą 2 placówki obejmujące: dom opieki całodobowej oraz dom opieki dziennej. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: • Roboty budowlane, • Zakup wyposażenia (wyposażenie pokoi, sprzęt RTV/AGD, sprzęt i wyposażenie medyczne, wyposażenie i sprzęt AGD – kuchnia i pralnia), • Zakup i montaż dźwigu osobowego, • Zakup środka transportu do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępności do usług społecznych świadczonych w społeczności lokalnej na obszarze województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego i powiatu radziejowskiego. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną dwie nowe placówki opiekuńcze – całodobowy ośrodek wsparcia przeznaczony dla 30 osób oraz dzienny dom pomocy przeznaczony dla 20 osób. Placówki będą przeznaczone dla osób niesamodzielnych, w tym starszych. Oznacza to że poprzez realizację projektu zwiększy się dostęp do usług społecznych dla tej grupy odbiorców. Zaplanowane działania przyczynią się do de-instytucjonalizacji usług społecznych i opiekuńczych na obszarze powiatu i sprawowanie ich w tzw. społeczności lokalnej. W efekcie spowoduje to, że organizacja i funkcjonowanie tych placówek będzie przypominały warunki życia rodzinnego, co też będzie miało pozytywny wpływ na bezpośrednich odbiorców projektu. Projekt realizowany jest w ramach Osi priorytetowej 6. Solidarne społeczeństwo i konkurencyjne kadry, Działania 6.1 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, Poddziałania 6.1.2 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę społeczną, Schemat: Inwestycje w zakresie usług społecznych i aktywnej integracji, w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020.
