Project for the establishment of field and research community. The insufficient mechanism for the protection of biodiversity in the PKKR N is a major project problem. The primary objective is to strengthen the mechanism for the protection of biodiversity in the ZPKChiN area. The project will carry out the adaptation of the ‘residential’ building and the economic building located in Chełme at the ‘Starch Shipyard’ in order to set up a field/research centre for the ‘Bridge’ (in the context of the work of również:wyposażenie stations, construction of a surface with a water treatment plant, structure of the site) -attractive centre for environmental education with the possibility of exterioration of the natural resources located inside the ZPKCHHS, conducting field workshops, disseminating and developing environmental awareness and attitudes to people living in protected areas, conducting workshops and training courses in active nature conservation and identifying flora and fauna within the region through activities directly related to the conservation of habitats or species: — The designation of 6 tranches for active safety protection and their specific photomask, — execution of a detailed inventory of ginned willow and old apple apple trees in domestic orchards, simplified monitoring for the hermit beetle (humus) and other protected insect species and breeding avifauna — development of a method of protection. — drawing up a guide for the ABC of the protection of the top. the action is intended to protect the water and wetland birds of the island of Vistula in a NATURA 2000 area of the Lower Vistula Valley, which will be carried out by purchasing and modernising the barge serving as an artificial island of reproduction for bitumen in river basins, protein crops and birds. Projekt dot. utworzenia stacji terenowo-badawczej „Podmoście”. Niewystarczający mechanizm ochrony różnorodności biologicznej na terenie ZPKChiN stanowi problem główny projektu. Celem głównym realizacji proj.jest wzmocnienie mechanizmu ochrony różnorodności biologicznej na terenie ZPKChiN. W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie adaptacja budynku "mieszkalnego" oraz budynku gospodarczego usytuowanych w Chełmnie przy „Starej Stoczni” w celu utworzenia stacji terenowo-badawczej "Podmoście" (w zakresie prac również:wyposażenie stacji,budowa przył.wodnego z oczyszczalnią,uporządkowanie terenu)-atrakcyjnego punktu służącego edukacji ekologicznej z możliwością odbywania się w nim wykładów dot.zasobów przyrodniczych znajdujących się na terenie ZPKCHiN, prowadzenia terenowych warsztatów przyrodniczych,upowszechniania oraz kształtowania świadomości i postaw ekologicznych ludzi zamieszkujących obszary chronione, prowadzenia warsztatów oraz szkoleń z zakresu czynnej ochrony przyrody oraz rozpoznawania gatunków roślin i zwierząt.W ramach przedsięwzięć zwiększających potencjał przyrodniczy regionu poprzez działania bezpośrednio związane z ochroną siedlisk lub gatunków zaplanowano: - wyznaczenie 6 transektów na potrzeby ochrony czynnej i wykonanie ich szczegółowej fotomapy,- wykonanie szczegółowej inwentaryzacji ogłowionych wierzb i starych jabłoni w sadach przydomowych, uproszczonego monitoringu pod kątem pachnicy dębowej (próchniczanki) i innych chronionych gatunków owadów oraz awifauny lęgowej.- wypracowanie metody działań ochronnych.- opracowanie przewodnika ABC ochrony wierzb.Uzupełnieniem działań jest czynna ochrona ptaków wodno-błotnych zasiedlających piaszczyste wyspy na Wiśle na obszarze NATURA 2000 Dolina Dolnej Wisły, która prowadzona będzie dzięki zakupowi i modernizacji barki służącej jako sztuczna wyspa rozrodcza dla rybitw rzecznych, białoczelnych i ptaków siewkowych.
