The planned investment ‘Modernisation of the existing ‘ZZO’ (including technology development, purchase of machinery and equipment, extension and modernisation of facilities) in order to improve the efficiency, quality and quantity of the sorted fraction’ will be the development and modernisation of the sorting line. The insertion of the second line of the sorting facility to the arena will allow for the possibility to work independently of each other, thereby increasing the efficiency of the plant. The purchase of a new sorting line dedicated exclusively to secondary raw materials will make it possible to obtain a higher percentage of recovery of packaging waste. The operating principle of the new line will be similar to that of mixed municipal waste. The only difference will be the first stage in which the secondary raw materials are loaded into the bags of the bags and then go to the broadcasting station and then to the new sorting area. On the other hand, in the case of mixed municipal waste, in the first stage, the waste goes to a pre-minder, a station of sorting and further to the drum (these elements do not contain a secondary raw material line). In the context of this task, it is planned that the second new line will be added to the secondary raw material in the existing arena and the other parts of the line located in the existing hall be constructed as a buffer zone (place of adoption of secondary raw materials) and the burst of bags in the bags. The investment will be carried out in the village of Ostopa in the south of the town of Chełmno, the municipality of Chełmno, the Chełmiński district, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province. Planowane zamierzenie inwestycyjne „Modernizacja istniejącego ZZO w Osnowie (w tym rozbudowa technologii, zakup maszyn i urządzeń, rozbudowa i modernizacja obiektów) w celu polepszenia wydajności, jakości i ilości frakcji wysortowanej” polegać będzie na rozbudowie i modernizacji linii sortowniczej. Wstawienie drugiej linii sortowniczej do hali pozwoli na możliwość pracy niezależnie od siebie dwóch linii jednocześnie, dzięki czemu zwiększy się wydajność zakładu. Zakup nowej linii sortowniczej przeznaczonej wyłącznie na surowce wtórne pozwoli uzyskać większy procent odzysku odpadów opakowaniowych. Zasada działania nowej linii będzie podobna do działania linii do zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych. Jedyną różnicą będzie pierwszy etap, w którym surowce wtórne załadowywane są do rozrywarki worków, następnie trafiają do stacji nadawczej, a dalej do nowej kabiny sortowniczej. Natomiast w przypadku linii do zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych w pierwszym etapie odpady trafiają do rozdrabniacza wstępnego, stacji nadawczej sortowania wstępnego, a dalej na sito bębnowe (tych elementów nie posiada linia do surowców wtórnych). W ramach przedmiotowego zadania planuje się dostawienie drugiej nowej linii na surowce wtórne w istniejącej hali, natomiast w części dobudowanej dołożenie pozostałych elementów linii mieszczących się w istniejącej hali w postaci strefy buforowania (miejsce przyjmowania surowców wtórnych) oraz rozrywarki do worków. Inwestycja będzie realizowana we wsi Osnowo na południu od miasta Chełmno, gmina Chełmno, powiat chełmiński, woj. kujawsko-pomorskie.
