The object of the project is the supply and installation of solar micro-installations and micro-installations in the municipality of Chełmża. The installations will be installed in private residential buildings located in the following municipalities of the municipality: Bielczynko, Brąckhnówko, Browna, Fine, Kiełbasin, Kancelada, Mirakovo, Moracts, Nowa Chełmża, Pluskowsa, Sangle, Sławkowo, Stricosna, Świętoslav, Zalesie, Zelgno, Yanukovych. the beneficiary of the project in question is the Municipality of Chełmża. The direct users of the planned infrastructure will be those who use the buildings to which the installations will be installed, i.e. their resident. the main problem that requires the implementation of this project is an economically inefficient and environmentally friendly energy infrastructure in private residential buildings. the material scope and timing of the investment shall include: — Activity 1. Supply and installation of photovoltaic equipment: 10.2017-05.2018; — Activity 2. Supply and installation of solar micro installations: 10.2017-12.2017; -Zadanie 3. Project promotion: 10.2017-05.2018 The project aims to create an environmentally friendly and economically efficient energy infrastructure in private residential buildings. the total gross cost of the investment is PLN 794 076,11. The eligible costs amount to PLN 735 255,66. The municipality of Chełmża applies for a financial contribution of 50 % of the eligible costs of the planned investment, i.e. PLN 367 627,83. Przedmiotem projektu jest dostawa i montaż mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych i mikroinstalacji solarnych na terenie Gminy Chełmża. Instalacje zostaną zamontowane na prywatnych budynkach mieszkalnych zlokalizowanych w następujących miejscowościach gminy: Bielczyny, Brąchnówko, Browina, Grzywna, Kiełbasin, Kuczwały, Mirakowo, Morczyny, Nowa Chełmża, Pluskowęsy, Skąpe, Sławkowo, Strużal, Świętosław, Zalesie, Zelgno, Januszewo.Beneficjentem projektu omawianego w niniejszym Studium Wykonalności jest Gmina Chełmża. Bezpośrednimi użytkownikami projektowanej infrastruktury będą osoby korzystające z budynków, na których zostaną zamontowane instalacje, czyli ich mieszkańcy.Głównym problemem, z którego wynika potrzeba realizacji niniejszego projektu jest nieefektywna ekonomicznie i nieprzyjazna środowisku infrastruktura energetyczna w prywatnych budynkach mieszkalnych.Zakres rzeczowy i harmonogram inwestycji obejmuje: - Zadanie 1. Dostawa i montaż mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych: 10.2017 r. – 05.2018 r.; - Zadanie 2. Dostawa i montaż mikroinstalacji solarnych: 10.2017 r. – 12.2017 r.;- Zadanie 3. Promocja projektu: 10.2017 r. - 05.2018 r.Celem projektu jest stworzenie przyjaznej środowisku i efektywnej ekonomicznie infrastruktury energetycznej w prywatnych budynkach mieszkalnych.Całkowity koszt brutto inwestycji wynosi 794 076,11 zł. Wartość kosztów kwalifikowanych jest równa kwocie 735 255,66 zł. Gmina Chełmża wnioskuje o dofinansowanie w wysokości 50% kosztów kwalifikowanych planowanej inwestycji, tj. 367 627,83 zł. (Polish)
