The subject matter of the project “LEMAR-KUCHNO” is to implement an innovative solution worldwide for the production of beds with unique characteristics. The genesis of the planned activities is a promising result which, in the framework of the R & D work carried out, has led to the development of an innovative product in the form of a combined bed, beless, made of limia (and of beech and oak). the results of the Applicant’s R & D work will lead to the implementation of two innovations that have been applied on a global scale for less than 3 years. Process innovation involves the use of advanced machining tools in the treatment of wood. Product innovation will allow for a completely new product to be put on the market. The project is expected to be implemented in the following period: 1.01.2018-30.06.2018 and will be carried out as one task: purchase of fixed assets constituting a bed capacity of a bed. The units are planned to be acquired: — the 5-axial unit of the CNC machining centre (1 pcs), — 4-page in the numerical steering control (1). Investment will address both the internal needs of the company as well as the destination markets of the domestic and external industry. Expanding the offer of innovative product will allow the company to anticipate competitors, strengthen and stabilise its position in the market. The planned commercialisation of R & D results directly contributes to the competitiveness, innovation and efficiency of the company “LEMAR-KUCHNO” and the region, which is the place of implementation of the project, by increasing the uptake of innovation in MŚP through the creation and extension of advanced capacity for the development of the products offered by the Applicant. The project will expand the existing export activities with a completely new market in the Netherlands. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu spółki „LEMAR-KUCHNIE” jest implementacja innowacyjnego w skali świata rozwiązania wdrażającego produkcję łóżek o unikalnych cechach użytkowych. Genezę planowanych działań stanowią obiecujące wyniki, które Wnioskodawca samodzielne uzyskał w ramach przeprowadzonych prac B+R. Badania zrealizowane w okresie 1.01.2016 – 10.03.16 zaowocowały opracowaniem innowacyjnego produktu w postaci łóżka łączonego bezśrubowo, wykonanego z limby (oraz z buku i dębu).Komercjalizacja przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R pozwoli na wdrożenie dwóch innowacji stosowanych w skali świata krócej niż 3 lata. Innowacja procesowa polega na wykorzystaniu w obróbce drewna zaawansowanych narzędzi obróbczych. Innowacja produktowa pozwoli na wprowadzenie zupełnie nowego produktu na rynek. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia zakładana jest w okresie: 1.01.2018 - 30.06.2018 r. i zostanie przeprowadzona w ramach jednego zadania: zakup środków trwałych stanowiących linię wytwórczą łóżek z limby. Planowane są do nabycia:- 5-osiowe centrum obróbcze CNC (1 szt.),- 4-stronna strugarka sterowana numerycznie (1 szt.). Dzięki inwestycji zaspokojone zostaną zarówno wewnętrzne potrzeby spółki, jak i docelowych rynków zbytu branży meblarskiej – krajowego i zagranicznego. Poszerzenie oferty o innowacyjny produkt pozwoli przedsiębiorstwu na wyprzedzenie konkurentów, wzmocnienie i stabilizację swojej pozycji na rynku. Zaplanowana komercjalizacja wyników prac B+R w sposób bezpośredni przyczyni się do wzrostu konkurencyjności, innowacyjności, jak i efektywności firmy „LEMAR-KUCHNIE” oraz regionu, będącego miejscem realizacji projektu, poprzez zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji w MŚP.Dzięki przedsięwzięciu zostaną utworzone i rozszerzone zaawansowane zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów oferowanych przez Wnioskodawcę. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na poszerzenie dotychczasowej działalności eksportowej o zupełnie nowy rybek zbytu - Holandię. (Polish)
