The project consists of the construction of the Parkamp system; ride and the technical infrastructure in Toruń. The project will create four parking areas located in peripheral urban settlements, i.e. ul. Działalsky, ul. Olympic, ul. Gagarina and ul. Tourism. These complexes will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of existing communication lines and in the bus and tram loops, which will enable parking areas to be integrated into the public transport system. The construction of Parkamp will be complementary to the city of Toruñ in the development of urban transport and the prioritisation of walking and cycling. At the same time, it will also be an integral part of the entire communication system. The main idea behind the project is that the parking areas on the outskirts of the city will allow safe parking of the car and the continuation of the journey to the city centre of Toruń. As a result, residents, students and tourists will be able to move freely in the city and tram or bus will reduce journey times. Project construction time: March 2018 — June 2020 The total value of the project is PLN 24 800 000 (eligible costs are 20 162 601,62). Grant requested: PLN 15 567 628,41. The project is intended to be implemented in the “design and demolition” formula. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa systemu parkingów Parkamp;Ride wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną w Toruniu. W ramach przedsięwzięcia powstaną cztery kompleksy parkingowe zlokalizowane na peryferyjnych osiedlach miasta tj. przy ul. Dziewulskiego, ul. Olimpijskiej, ul. Gagarina i ul. Turystycznej. Przedmiotowe kompleksy zostaną wybudowane w bezpośredniej bliskości istniejących linii komunikacyjnych oraz pętli autobusowych i tramwajowych, co umożliwi integrację parkingów z systemem transportu publicznego. Budowa parkingów Parkamp;Ride będzie uzupełnieniem działań miasta Torunia dotyczących rozwoju komunikacji miejskiej oraz priorytetyzacji ruchu pieszego i rowerowego. Jednocześnie będzie również elementem integrującym cały system komunikacji. Główną ideą realizacji projektu jest to, że parkingi zlokalizowane na obrzeżach miasta umożliwią bezpieczne zaparkowanie samochodu i kontynuację podróży do centrum Torunia komunikacją miejską. Dzięki temu mieszkańcy, studenci i turyści będą mogli swobodnie poruszać się po mieście, a podróż tramwajem lub autobusem będzie oznaczać skrócenie czasu przejazdu. Termin realizacji projektu: marzec 2018 - czerwiec 2020. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 24 800 000 PLN (koszty kwalifikowane wynoszą 20 162 601,62). Wnioskowana kwota dofinansowania: 15 567 628,41 PLN. Projekt jest przewidziany do realizacji w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. (Polish)
