The project consists of a comprehensive thermal renovation of four public buildings for the administration, education and social needs in the city of Toruń, the project covers buildings: buildings for thermal modernisation — Stage III — Buildings of general interest (BOM 1), ZGM Residents’ Housing Office, Ul. Grudziądzka 159Aprojekt results from the consistent practice of the Municipality of Toruñ, a policy designed to reduce the energy consumption of public buildings and improve the state of the environment. The thermal modernisation of public utilities aims at limiting climate change and respecting energy and greenhouse gas emissions. the scope of the work is to include: a comprehensive thermal modernisation, — installation of an RES installation, — refurbishment of lighting, and accompanying/replacement works. details are described in section C.2 — Project implementation will allow: — Reduction of final energy consumption due to project (thermal and electricity): 249 724.9 kWh/year = 899 GJ/year- Annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions — 88,57 MgCO2/rokWydatki eligible: 3 315 831,71 Ineligible expenditure: PLN 455 676,20 (total project value): PLN 3 771 507,910 (English) | |||

Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji czterech budynków użyteczności publicznej, przeznaczonych na potrzeby administracji, oświaty oraz na potrzeby społeczne w mieście Toruń, Projekt obejmuje zasięgiem budynki:Budynki przeznaczone do termomodernizacji - etap III- Budynek użyteczności publicznej (BOM nr 1) Biuro Obsługi Mieszkańców ZGM, Ul. Gołębia 3- Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego Ul. Szumana 2- Miejski Zarząd Dróg, Ul. Grudziądzka 159B- Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej, Ul. Grudziądzka 159AProjekt wynika z konsekwentnie realizowanej, przez Gminę Miasta Toruń, polityki zmierzającej do zmniejszenia zużycia energii przez budynki użyteczności publicznej oraz poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego.
