Włocławek 237/239 and 1906-1907 School of Primary School No 1 at ul. The Grand Garden 9.Project activities are due to the consistent policy of the Municipality of Toruń to reduce the energy consumption of public buildings and to improve the state of the environment (the project is the V stage of energy efficiency improvements through thermal modernisation and the use of RES in utility facilities in the city of Toruñ). Activities planned for these utilities aim to reduce climate change, respect energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. They will also contribute to improving air quality in the field. energy renovation, lighting modernisation through the use of modern luminaires and LED light sources and use of traffic sensors, use of renewable energy sources (installation of solar panels). Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji dwóch budynków użyteczności publicznej przeznaczonych na potrzeby oświaty. Projekt obejmuje zasięgiem: budynek Szkoły Podstawowej nr 34 im. Tony’ego Halika przy ul. Włocławskiej 237/239 oraz budynek Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 im. Uczestników Strajku Szkolnego 1906-1907 przy ul. Wielkie Garbary 9.Działania projektowe wynikają z konsekwentnie realizowanej przez Gminę Miasta Toruń polityki zmierzającej do zmniejszenia zużycia energii przez budynki użyteczności publicznej oraz poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego (projekt stanowi V etap działań związanych z poprawą efektywności energetycznej poprzez termomodernizację i wykorzystanie OZE w obiektach użyteczności publicznej na terenie miasta Torunia). Działania zaplanowane dla ww. obiektów użyteczności publicznej mają na celu ograniczenie zmian klimatu, poszanowanie energii oraz obniżenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Przyczynią się także do polepszenia jakości powietrza w mieście.Zakres prac obejmuje: termomodernizację budynków, modernizację oświetlenia poprzez zastosowanie nowoczesnych opraw oświetleniowych oraz źródeł światła wykorzystujących technologię typu LED i zastosowanie czujników ruchu, wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii (montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na:- oszczędność energii elektrycznej na poziomie 54,86 MWh/rok,- oszczędność energii cieplnej na poziomie 1 148,74 GJ/rok,- zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej o 467 449,43 kWh,- roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych, w tym CO2, na poziomie 140,27 ton równoważnika CO2.Wydatki kwalifikowalne: 7089093,71 złWydatki niekwalifikowalne: 580017,96 złCałkowita wartość projektu: 7669111,66 zł (Polish)
