The objectives of the project are in line with the features of the Technical Assistance programme included in ROP WD 2014-2020, SZOOP WD 2014-2020 and OP Technical Assistance 2014-2020. The main objective of the project is the efficient implementation of ROP 2014-2020 ROP in the framework of the ITI Aglomeracja Jeleniogórska. The objective will be pursued through support for the project selection process, including legal support for the maintenance of the KPA. The effect will be to ensure the optimal level of assessment of applications and the participation and organisation of meetings, seminars, conferences to increase the efficiency of interventions in the form of projects responding comprehensively to the needs and problems of cities and areas functionally linked to ITI AJ. The objective “Ensure the necessary human resources and conditions to ensure the smooth running of the institution” will be achieved by: ensure an appropriate system of remuneration for staff involved in the implementation of the ROP 2014-2020 ROP and participate in training activities and the provision of adequate working conditions by financing administrative, organisational and technical expenditure and the purchase of work equipment and equipment. The effectiveness of the expenditure included in the categories: Employment, upgrading of staff and organisational, technical and administrative costs will create a sound system for the implementation of the allocated allocation. Incentives for pay and training schemes and the optimisation of working conditions will ensure a low level of labour fluctuations. The objective of “a coherent system of information and publicity and capacity building for beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of ROP 2014-2020” will be pursued through training activities for the beneficiaries, the preparation and dissemination of publications and information material, and the preparation and implementation of information and promotion meetings. The expected effect of the actions will be to raise awareness among potential beneficiaries of the possibility to obtain and use the funds in the framework of ITI AJ and ROP 2014-2020. Cele projektu są zgodne z założeniami programu Pomoc Techniczna zawartymi w RPO WD 2014-2020, SZOOP WD 2014-2020 oraz PO Pomoc Techniczna 2014-2020. Głównym celem projektu jest sprawny system wdrażania RPO WD 2014-2020 w ramach ZIT Aglomeracji Jeleniogórskiej. Cel realizowany będzie poprzez wsparcie procesu wyboru projektów, w tym wsparcie prawne na potrzeby obsługi KOP. Efektem działań będzie zapewnienie optymalnego poziomu oceny wniosków oraz udział i organizacja spotkań, seminariów, konferencji zwiększających efektywność podejmowanych interwencji poprzez realizację projektów odpowiadających w sposób kompleksowy na potrzeby i problemy miast i obszarów powiązanych funkcjonalnie z ZIT AJ. Cel „Zapewnienie niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich oraz warunków zapewniających sprawne działanie instytucji” realizowany będzie poprzez: zapewnienie odpowiedniego systemu wynagradzania pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPO WD 2014-2020 i udział w szkoleniach oraz zapewnienie odpowiednich warunków pracy poprzez finansowanie wydatków administracyjnych, organizacyjnych i technicznych oraz zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia stanowisk pracy. Efektywność wydatków ujętych w kategoriach: Zatrudnienie, Podnoszenie kwalifikacji pracowników oraz Koszty organizacyjne, techniczne i administracyjne wygeneruje sprawny system wdrażania powierzonej alokacji. Motywujący system wynagrodzeń i szkoleń oraz optymalizacja warunków pracy zapewnią niski poziom fluktuacji pracowników. Cel „Spójny system informacji i promocji oraz rozwijanie potencjału beneficjentów i potencjalnych beneficjentów RPO WD 2014-2020” realizowany będzie poprzez działania szkoleniowe dla beneficjentów, przygotowanie i upowszechnienie publikacji oraz materiałów informacyjnych oraz przygotowanie i przeprowadzanie spotkań informacyjno-promocyjnych. Oczekiwanym efektem działań będzie podniesienie świadomości potencjalnych beneficjentów w zakresie możliwości pozyskania i wykorzystania środków w ramach ZIT AJ i RPO WD 2014-2020. (Polish)
