(56 K) with the CKZU in Oława and with 157 urine (72k) from ZSP No 2 in Oława through the realisation of complex.support.schools and tailoring education, through diagnostic needs. (part I) and courses/trainings aimed at the acquisition of additional opportunities on the labour market (zd.) -participation in 4 traineeships/traineeships with employers (zad. ) — modernisation of the smoke base by retrofitting the profession of profession (item 1), — increasing the knowledge of 270 students, increasing the awareness of students in the field of turkey and educating, predisposition, career planning, career planning, paths for the upgrading of the eligible areas through the implementation of the Advisory Programme for Action No 2- improvement of skills and competences. 20 tuition, training in training courses, with a professional experience (zd.), — an increase in the vocational education of schools — an increase in the attractiveness of the training offered to the schools of the Ww schools and the quality and attraction of education and training. An increase in the number of teachers who acquire qualifications or skills will increase thanks to the implementation of the post. — 20 vocational training schools, who have a traineeship/apprenticeship, who have a job. — 216 — who know their own possibilities to choose the occupation of -270 people. Projekt skierowny jest do uczniów i nauczycieli kształ. zawod, ma na celu wzrost szans na zatrud.113 ucz.(56 K) z CKZiU w Oławie oraz 157 ucz.(72K) z ZSP Nr 2 w Oławie poprzez realizację kompleks.wspar.odpow.na indywid.zapotrzeb.szkół oraz dopasow.do aktual.potrzeb pracodaw., poprzez diagnoz.potrzeb rozwoj.i edukac.ucz.,realiz.dział.ukier.na rozwój współpracę szkół z podm.z otocz.społ.-gosp.oraz podnieś.umiejęt.,kompet.i kwalifik.zawod.ucz.,rozwój bazy dydakt.szkół oraz doskonal.umiejęt.i kompet.zawod.20 nauczycieli (11 K) w terminie od 1.09.2018 do 31.08.2020 r.Realizacja pr. stanowi odpowiedź na indywidualne zdiagnozowanie sytuacji szkół, których głównym problemem jest niska jakość oferty edukayjnej.i niedopasownie do wymogów rynku pracy.Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do:- podniesienia umiejętności i uzyskania kompetencji zawodowych przez 270 uczniów poprzez udział w dodatkowych zajęciacch specj. (realizownych we współ.z podm/ społ.-gosp.) oraz kursów/ szkoleń ukierunkowanych na zdobycie dodatkowych uprawnień zwiększających szanse na rynku pracy (zad.)-udział w 4 tyg. stażach/praktykach zawod. u pracodawców (zad. ),- modernizacji bazy dyd. poprzez doposażenie pracowni nauki zawodu (zad.1),- wzrostu wiedzy 270 ucz. w zakresie indyw..potrzeb rozw. i eduk, predyspozycji zaw, planowanie ścieżki kariery zaw,ścieżki.podnoszenia kwalif zawod poprzez realizację programu doradz zaw. zad nr 2- doskonal.umiejętności i kompetencji zaw. 20 nau.przez udział w kursach,szkoleniach związ, z nauczanym zawodem (zad.),- podniesienie konku. szkół w zakresie kształcenia zawod-wzrost atrakcyjności oferty eduk szkół Ww działalność kompl. i trwale podniosi jakość i atrak. kształcenia zawod. Dzięki realizacji pojektu zwiększy się liczba:-nauczycieli kszt. zaw.,którzy uzyskają kwalifikacje lub nabędą kompet. –20 osób.-ucz. szkół zawod, mających w staż/praktykę u pracod.–216 os.-ucz. umiejących poruszać się po rynku pracy, znających własne możliwości, ukierunk. na wybór zawodu -270 ucz.
