The main aim of the project is to increase the level of skills which are essential in the labour market and to improve the level playing field. 234 pupils (101 dz and 133 ch) attending the Wolovsk District by providing them with additional and specialist activities and equipment and providing support to 24 teachers (22 K, 2 M) that are employed in the above schools during the period VII.2019 — XII.2020.Specific objectives 1. The extension of the offer and the provision of additional, extra-curricular and demonstration activities for schools covered by the support.2. Equipping schools with ICT equipment and equipping them with the necessary equipment and teaching aids. (3) To improve the knowledge and skills of teachers by means of training4. Implementation of students’ support with special needs for children with special educational needs and at risk of dropping out of education in terms of psycho-pedagogical assistance. the project will be carried out in 3 schools of the Wołowska-LO Wolin, ZSS Wolow and ZSS Lubiąż. It will cover a total of 234 people and 24 teachers. All of them will be included in the Finnish. Depending on the needs of the students, students will be able to take part in the compensatory classes in question and in developing their talents in foreign and foreign languages and to support the development of key competences. The SPE and behavioural difficulties will be supported by a specialist psychologist, pedagogue or school mentor. The schools will be equipped with a teaching base for the ICT equipment in question. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of equivalence, taking into account the needs of disabled persons. Improvements can be made during the course of the project. All people supported will receive the same knowledge and skills regardless of their gender or disability. The programme will be implemented from VII.2019 to XII.2020. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu kompet.klucz. niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz wyrównanie szans eduk. 234 uczniów (101 dz i 133 ch) uczęszczających do szkół Powiatu Wołowskiego poprzez objęcie ich wsparciem w ramach zajęć dodatkowych i specjalistycznych oraz wyposażenie szkolnych pracowni, a także objęcie wsparciem 24 nauczycieli (22 K, 2 M) będących zatrudnionych w wyżej wymienionych szkołach w okresie VII.2019 - XII.2020.Cele szczegółowe:1. Rozszerzenie oferty oraz realizacja zajęć dodatkowych, pozalekcyjnych i pokazowych dla szkół objętych wsparciem.2. Doposażenie szkół w sprzęt TIK oraz doposażenie pracowni przedmiotów mat.-przyr. i językowych w niezbędny sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne.3. Podniesienie poziomu wiedzy i umiejętności nauczycieli poprzez szkolenia4. Realizacja wsparcia uczniów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi i zagrożonych przedwczesnym kończeniem nauki w zakresie pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej.Projekt będzie realizowany w 3 szkołach Powiatu Wołowskiego- LO Wołów, ZSS Wołów oraz ZSS Lubiąż. Obejmie w sumie 234 uczn. oraz 24 nauczycieli. Wszyscy uczn. będą uczestniczyć w pokazach fiz.-chem. w szkołach. Uczniowie w zależności od potrzeb eduk.-rozw. będą mogli uczestniczyć w zajęciach przedmiotowych wyrównawczych oraz rozwijających uzdolnienia z przedmiotów mat.-przyr. i j. obcych oraz wpierających rozwój kluczowych kompetencji. Uczn. ze SPE i trudnościami w zachowaniu zostaną objęci wsparciem specjalistycznym psychologa, pedagoga lub opiekuna szkolnego. Szkoły zostaną doposażone w zakresie bazy dydaktycznej pracowni przedmiotowych, sprzętu TIK. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadą zrówn. rozwoju, z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób niepełnosp. W trakcie projektu można będzie zastosować racjon. usprawnienia. Wszystkie osoby objęte wsparciem otrzymają taką samą wiedzę i umiejętności bez względu na płeć czy niepełnospr.
