Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost u 198(120K) uczniów poziomu kompetencji kluczowych na rynku pracy oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia poprzez wprowadzenie metody eksperymentu i zwiększenie wykorzystania TIK w dydaktyce, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 75(52K) nauczycieli i doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych do 30.06.2019r.P obejmuje wsparciem 220 (134K) uczniów technikum i 75(52K) nauczycieli z Zespołu Szkół Ponadpodstawowych w Zgorzelcu i stanowi odpowiedź na problemy omówione szczegółowo w Diagnozie potrzeb edukacyjnych szkoły zatwierdzonej przez Organ prowadzący.W odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowane problemy, w ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania:1. Realizacja dodatkowych zajęć dla U z zakresu:-matematyka 60h (zajęcia wyrównawcze oraz rozwijające),- języków niemieckiego 60h (rozwijające i wyrównawcze) i angielskiego 60h (rozwijające),-kompetencji społecznych 40h,-kreatywności i pracy zespołowej 20h-innowacyjności i treningu twórczego myślenia 20h-ICT w nauce – poszukiwanie informacji i bezpieczeństwo w cyberprzestrzeni 20h-tworzenie prezentacji multimedialnych 30h2. Realizacja zajęć metodą eksperymentu w zakresie biologii, geografii i chemii po 60h3. Podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli w zakresie:-nauczania metodą eksperymentu 24h-TIK w dydaktyce 48h-kompetencji społecznych 40h,-kreatywności i pracy zespołowej 30h-innowacyjności i treningu twórczego myślenia 30h-tworzenie prezentacji multimedialnych 30h-wykorzystanie w nauczaniu e-zasobów, które zostały dopuszczone do użytku szkolnego przez MEN 16hW rezultacie realizacji projektu nastąpi podniesienie kompetencji uczniów w deficytowych obszarach, nastąpi poprawa jakości kształcenia w szkole poprzez podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli, doposażenie szkoły w sprzęt TIK oraz pomoce niezbędne do prowadzenia nauczania metodą eksperymentu.
