The project is aimed at a minimum of 335 inhabitants of the District of Gold and Legnicki district and Legnica and the cities of Legnica with disabilities, living out of work or working poor, lack of education or obsolete professional qualifications. People are characterised by health problems, a shortage of key psychosocial skills. The project is aimed at the people of working age. The project will be carried out in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities (often coupled) and the principle of equal opportunities between women and men. Each of the project participants will be subject to a minimum of 3 active inclusion services, and most of 4 or 5 will be excluded as part of the project. the project will involve 3 districts, the employment office and the professional reintegration organisations on the one hand, i.e.: A workshop for medical therapy in the town of Złoorii and a factory for activity in Świerawie. The project will use tools, solutions, instruments or methods developed in the context of innovative projects co-financed with HC and/or Equal. At least 20 % of the project participants will be qualified at the end of the project. The project will be implemented through social contracts. It is set to achieve social performance indicators at a level of 34 %, and target indicators of employment performance at 22 % of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. On the other hand, people with disabilities, people with intellectual disabilities and disabilities, the social efficiency of people with intellectual disabilities and disabilities, are linked to 34 % employment at a level of employment of 12 %. Projekt adresowany jest do min. 335 mieszkańców powiató złotoryjskiego i legnickiego oraz miasta Legnica niepełnosprawnych, niezaradnych życiowo,nieaktywnych zawodowo bądź ubogich pracujących, z brakiem wykształcenia bądź zdezaktualizowanymi kwalifikacjami zawodowymi. Osoby techarakteryzują się problemami zdrowotnymi, deficytem kluczowych umiejętności psychospołecznych. Projekt jest adresowany do osób w wieku produkcyjnym . Projekt realizowany będzie z zachowaniem zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami (często sprzężonymi) oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Każdy z uczestników projektu objęty będzie min. 3 usługami aktywnejintegracji, a większości 4 lub 5 z racji kilkukrotnego wykluczenia.W ramach projektu partnerskiegoi wezmą udział 3 powiaty, urząd pracy oraz podmioty reintegracji zawodowej ON tj. Warsztat Terapii Zajęciowej w Złotoryi oraz Zakład Aktywności Zawoowej w Świerzawie. W ramach projektu zostaną wykorzystane narzędzia , rozwiązania, instrumenty lub metody wypracowane w ramach projektów innowacyjnych współfinansowanych ze środkó POKL lub PIW Equal. Co najmniej 20 % uczestników projetu uzyska kwalifikacje po zakończeniu projektu. Projekt będzie realizowany za pomocą kontraktów socjalnych. Zakładane jest osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności społecznej na poziomie34 % orazwskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 22 % w grupie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznymr. Natomiast wśród osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymie efektywność społeczną zakłądamy na poziomie34 % zaś zatrudnieniową na poziomie 12 %.
