    THE PROJECT STARTS FROM THE CULTIVATION OF MEDICINAL PLANTS AND PROPOSES A PATH DIDACTICOEDUCATIVO THAT USING AS A COMMON DENOMINATOR THE CONCEPTS OF NUTRACEUTICAL IS ARTICULATED THROUGH LESTRATION AND THE CHARACTERISATION OF ESSENTIAL OILS FROM MEDICINAL PLANTS PROPOSING THE USE IN THE FOOD AND COSMETIC FIELD. FOR THE REALISATION OF THE VARIOUS PHASES OF THE PROJECT, CLOSE COLLABORATION WILL BE NECESSARY BETWEEN PUPILS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND GRADES OF TEACHING COMPANIES IN THE AREA TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT CENTRES AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES. THEREFORE, STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROJECT WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIMENT WITH A MODERN MODEL OF AGRICULTURE IN WHICH TRADITIONAL PRODUCTIONS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY SECONDARY TECHNOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES FOR INCOME INTEGRATION.
