The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people in the specific situation of the labour market (over the age of 30) who are unemployed in cloves. The main result of the project will be the employment of 60 people registered in the PLO. The project will support people from the age of 30 eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called “jobless”) or the “Aid Profile II” (“the need for support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant services and labour market measures referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment (...). At the same time, the implementation of the project will contribute to better recognition of specific problems and support will focus primarily on selected target groups (i.e.: 50 +, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) who face the greatest difficulties in entering and/or keeping in the labour market. The headline target and the planned indicators can be reached by covering 171 people (58 low-skilled people, 10 disabled people, 59 long-term unemployed, 22 people aged 50 and over and 22 other unemployed “over 30” who are not eligible for the group/39 persons), through the organisation of 127 placements, start-up grants and 5 individual training courses). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób będących w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (powyżej 30 roku życia) pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ząbkowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 60 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktwni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiedno dobrane uslugi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia (...). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się jednocześnie do lepszego rozpoznawania specyficznych problemów, a wsparcie koncentrowało się będzie przede wszystkim na wybranych grupach docelowych (tj. 50+, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach), które doświadczają największych trudności związanych z wejściem i/lub utrzymaniem się na rynku pracy. Osiągnięcie celu głównego i planowanych wskaźników możliwe będzie poprzez objęcie wsparciem 171 osób (58 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 10 osób niepełnosprawnych, 59 osób długotrwale bezrobotne, 22 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej oraz innych bezrobotnych „osób powyżej 30 roku życia” nie kwalifikujących się do w/w grup - 22 osoby), poprzez zorganizowanie 127 staży, wypłatę 39 dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz organizację 5 szkoleń indywidualnych).
