The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the people aged 30 and over in Oława. The main output of the project will be to start employment on the basis of the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the area of the labour market. The project will support persons after 30, registered in the Oława District Labour Office in Oława, eligible for Aid Profile I — unemployed active or II — unemployed requiring support in a specific situation on the labour market: 50 +, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed or the low-skilled (i.e. with no education at ISCED3), including those from rural areas, by category DEGURBA 3. In the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned and the development or update of an IPD. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. job placement, occupational guidance, internships, training, one-off economic activity measures. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Powiecie Oławskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia wg zasad określonych w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby po 30r.ż zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Oławie, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I – bezrobotni aktywni lub II – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. 50+, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne lub o niskich kwalifikacjach (tj. z wykształceniem max. ISCED3), w tym także osoby z obszarów wiejskich wg kategorii DEGURBA 3. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja IPD. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, tj. pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.
