The project consists of a comprehensive modernisation and the restoration of the original parameters of the carriageway of Aland Freedom in Głogów, while maintaining the historic nature of the road system. The project is a result of the Local Revitality Programme for the City of Voice, Resolution No XXVII/240/16 of the Municipal Council of Głogów, dated 25.10.2016. the area is located in the area of strict conservation protection. The direct objective of the project is the comprehensive regeneration of A W and the restoration of its social, economic and spatial functions. The project will be carried out by: reconstruction of the pavement, using existing stone materials, including the construction of bays and 129 stands, replacement of parts on street walls and installation of new entries including ducts, fitting of new latching construction, removal of collision with existing associated infrastructure, change of traffic organisation. The implementation of the project will contribute to: improving transport links in the city centre; improving road safety; to reduce journey times and improve the flow of traffic in the inner part of the city; the protection of the environment by reducing the impact of acoustic and exhaust emissions into the air; raising the standard of living of residents living in the immediate vicinity of A W; increasing the attractiveness of the tourism sector, in particular in the historic city centre, improving the operating conditions for existing and potential companies located in the immediate vicinity of the regenerated area; the extension of a biologically active area; improving the image of part of the city; the inclusion of people with disabilities by adapting the infrastructure to their needs. The municipality of Głogów is the applicant and the operator — it is responsible for the implementation of the project at all stages of the project: preparation, implementation, settlement and durability. Projekt polega na kompleksowej modernizacji oraz przywróceniu pierwotnych parametrów jezdni Alei Wolności w Głogowie z zachowaniem historycznego charakteru układu drogowego. Projekt wynika z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla miasta Głogowa, Uchwała nr XXVII/240/16 Rady Miejskiej w Głogowie z dnia 25.10.2016 r. Obszar znajduje się w strefie ścisłej ochrony konserwatorskiej. Bezpośrednim celem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja A W i przywrócenie jej funkcji społecznych, gospodarczych i przestrzennych. W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana: przebudowa nawierzchni przy wykorzystaniu istniejących materiałów kamiennych, w tym budowa zatok i 129 stanowisk postojowych, wymiana części wpustów ulicznych i montaż nowych wpustów wraz z przykanalikami, montaż nowych-stylowych latarń, usunięciu kolizji z istniejącą infrastrukturą towarzyszącą, zmiana organizacji ruchu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do: usprawnienia połączeń komunikacyjnych w śródmieściu; poprawy bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego; skrócenia czasu przejazdu i poprawy płynności ruchu w tej części śródmieścia; ochrony środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie oddziaływań akustycznych i emisji spalin do powietrza; podniesienie standardu życia mieszkańców zamieszkujących w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie A W; zwiększenia atrakcyjności turystycznej Głogowa, w szczególności terenów w zabytkowym śródmieściu, poprawy warunków funkcjonowania istniejących oraz potencjalnych przedsiębiorstw zlokalizowanych w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie obszaru rewitalizowanego; powiększenia powierzchni biologicznie czynnej; poprawy wizerunku części miasta; włączenia osób niepełnosprawnych poprzez dostosowanie infrastruktury do ich potrzeb. Gmina Miejska Głogów jest Wnioskodawcą i operatorem - odpowiada za realizację projektu na wszystkich jego etapach: przygotowania, realizacji, rozliczenia oraz trwałości. (Polish)
