The project will be carried out in the region of Dolnoslaskie, district of Trzebnicki, district of Trzebnica, located on parcel 46 on plot no. 190. Energy audits, technical documentation and feasibility studies have been developed so far. The applicant has a set of valid authorisations to invest. The works have not started. The project shall be an independent unit of analysis and shall include all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure as soon as the realisation of the physical scope of the infrastructure is completed. No additional investment tasks are required for the launch of the products of the project. Material scope: 1. Task No 1 — Thermomodernisation of public buildings — Complex of Schools in UDrineta Great, Gmina Trzebnica (Application Documentation; Building work School Primary School; Investor supervision; Organic Education) and Activity No 2 Promotion of the project. The rationale for the choice of technologies identified in the energy audit is its compatibility with Polish and European standards and a favourable price/price ratio. The solutions adopted will make it possible to improve the energy efficiency of public spaces, i.e.: — Reduction of annual primary energy consumption: 352 008.00 kWh, i.e. 62.4 % — Amount of final energy saved: 780,35 GJ/s, i.e. 52.4 %. Estimated annual decrease in GHG emissions: 98,36 MgeO2/rok i.e. 63.0 %. The project is in line with the PGN — Resolution No X/117/15 of 29.10.2015 of the Town Council in Trzebnica. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 1 budynku użyteczności publicznej - Szkoła Podstawowa w Ujeźdźcu Wielkim. Projekt będzie realizowany w województwie dolnośląskim, powiecie trzebnickim, w gminie Trzebnica, pod adresem Ujeździec Wielki 46, na działce nr 190. Dotychczas opracowano audyty energetyczne, dokumentację techniczną oraz studium wykonalności. Wnioskodawca posiada komplet prawomocnych zezwoleń na realizację inwestycji. Roboty budowlane nie zostały rozpoczęte. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania inwestycyjne niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych. Zakres rzeczowy: 1. Zadanie nr 1 Termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej - Zespół Szkół w Ujeźdźcu Wielkim, Gmina Trzebnica (Dokumentacja aplikacyjna; Roboty budowlane Szkoła Podstawowa w Ujeźdźcu Wielkim; Nadzór inwestorski; Edukacja ekologiczna) i Zadanie nr 2 Promocja projektu. Uzasadnieniem dla wyboru technologii wskazanej w audycie energetycznym jest jej zgodność z polskimi i europejskimi normami oraz korzystny stosunek jakości do ceny. Przyjęte rozwiązania umożliwią poprawę efektywność energetycznej przestrzeni publicznej, tj.: – Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej: 352 008,00 kWh, tj. 62,4% - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii końcowej: 780,35 GJ/r., tj. 52,4%. – Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 98,36 MgeO2/rok tj. 63,0%. Projekt jest zgodny z PGN - Uchwała Nr X/117/15 z dnia 29.10.2015 r. Rady Miejskiej W Trzebnicy. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Trzebnica.
