The project “Construction and reconstruction of small retention tanks in the municipality of Mirisinia” involves the construction of 2 small retention tanks (hands, Wilkrails) and the reconstruction of 3 tanks in Gałów, Łowêcice, Wróblowice in 2018-2019, in 1. The aim of the project is to increase the level of safety against flooding in the city of Mirisia by ensuring the correct functioning of the water retention system. Material scope: excavation, construction and strengthening of turbot, sowing of turbot, installation of retention facilities, installation of manholes. Material scope of conversion: silt cleaning, consolidation of turbot and obstruction of small-scale retention equipment. The scope of the proposal shall also take into account: development of technical and SW technical documentation for the project, promotion activities (installation of 5 display tables, press materials), investor surveillance, educational activities — free of charge training on flood risks for residents of the localities included in the flood risk maps: Gałów and Wilkzyn. The project will lead to the creation of an efficient water retention system for rainwater and mites in the area of the Mirisia area, providing flood safety, fire safety and minimising the negative effects of drought in the territory of the municipality/WrOF. This is particularly important because, among other things, it has a wide range of farmland, natural sites, areas of economic activity and attractive housing for housing, which translates into a steady increase in the number of inhabitants of the municipality. The beneficiary and the operator of the project are the Municipality of Mirasiia, with full institutional, financial and legal capacity to carry out the task. The project will be implemented in accordance with the management procedures resulting from the organisational structure of the UG in Minsk. The contractors will be selected in accordance with the public procurement procedure and with the MA’s guidelines. (English) | |||

Projekt "Budowa i przebudowa zbiorników małej retencji w gminie Miękinia" zakłada budowę 2 zbiorników małej retencji (Błonie, Wilkszyn) oraz przebudowę 3 zbiorników w Gałowie, Łowęcicach, Wróblowicach w latach 2018-2019, w 1 etapie. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa przeciwpowodziowego w gm. Miękinia poprzez zapewnienie prawidłowego działania systemu retencjonowania wody. Zakres rzeczowy budowy: prace ziemne, wykonanie i umocnienie skarp, obsianie skarp trawą, montaż urządzeń retencyjnych, zamontowanie studzienek. Zakres rzeczowy przebudowy: czyszczenie z mułu, umocnieniu skarp i udrożnienie urządzań małej retencji. Zakres rzeczowy wniosku uwzględnia także: opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i SW dla projektu, działania promocyjne (montaż 5 tablic informacyjno-promocyjnych, materiały prasowe), nadzór inwestorski, działania edukacyjne - bezpłatne szkolenia nt bezpieczeństwa powodziowego dla mieszkańców miejscowości ujętych na mapach ryzyka powodziowego: Gałów i Wilkszyn. Realizacja projektu pozwoli stworzyć sprawny system retencjonowania wód opadowych i roztopowych na obszarze gm. Miękinia zapewniając bezpieczeństwo powodziowe, pożarowe i minimalizując negatywne skutki wystąpienia suszy na obszarze gminy/WrOF. Jest to szczególnie istotne, ponieważ gm. Miękinia posiada rozległe tereny rolnicze, przyrodnicze, tereny aktywności gospodarczej oraz atrakcyjne tereny pod budownictwo mieszkaniowe, co przekłada się na stały wzrost liczby mieszkańców gminy. Beneficjentem i operatorem projektu jest Gmina Miękinia posiadająca pełną zdolność instytucjonalną, finansową i prawną do realizacji zadania. Projekt zostanie wdrożony zgodnie z procedurami zarządzania wynikającymi ze struktury organizacyjnej UG w Miękini. Wykonawcy prac wyłonieni zostaną zgodnie z procedurą zamówień publicznych oraz Wytycznymi IZ. (Polish)
