The investment concerns the conversion of apartment buildings to multi-dwelling buildings at ul. Bishop Tomasz I 13, 16, 18 and ul. 31 in Wrocław. Buildings currently do not comply with the rules in force under the Construction Law Act. In addition, the buildings are characterised by low thermal insulation parameters that are obsolete (excluding grinding) and by the large operator of window and door joinery all in poor technical condition and require major renovation works. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of buildings. The constituent parts of the project are 4 tasks connected with the conversion of apartment buildings to multi-dwelling buildings at ul. Bishop Tomasz I and ul. The city of Wrocław in Wrocław, as well as promotion activities and project management (in the context of the clearance procedure). As part of the main work on thermal modernisation, it is planned to: Construction of connections to district heating networks (N/N) The grinding centre, where the heating substation is installed) — installation of a hot water block in a heat node — insulation of the external walls of the ground floor — heating of the non-heated floor wall — replacement of windows and doors for energy efficient joinery in all multi-apartment residential buildings covered by the project will be carried out broader than thermal modernisation. However, due to the guidelines and programme records, only thermal modernisation costs resulting from the developed energy audits and covering the optimal option are taken into account in the project. The final building permits have been obtained, and the others will be obtained by 06.02.2017. The investment is complete, i.e. it includes a component: Thermal modernisation (final energy savings in each of these buildings is at least 25 %, in line with audits); Energy management (including thermostatic valves in each building); Education — surrender (English)

Inwestycja dotyczy przebudowy budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych przy ul. Biskupa Tomasza I 13, 16, 18 i ul. Mieleckiej 31 we Wrocławiu. Biskupa Tomasza I i ul.
