The project consists of the construction of two sections of cycle paths in the 1.864 km long District of Upper Silesia in the Municipality of Central Silesia and 1.033 km in the Gmina Kodomłotá (combined: 2.897 km). The scope of the project is as follows: 1. Preparatory documentation: Development of a feasibility study. Development of a technical design. 2. Construction of the cycle path — Ciecha Cessizowice: construction work. Land grabbing. Investor supervision. Archaeological supervision. Purchase of service station 3. Construction of the Koomowul-Orcamel cycle path to be as follows: Construction work. Investor supervision. Archaeological supervision. Purchase of service station 4. Environmental education and awareness of the benefits of cycling communication: Implementation of the website of the district -srekzkite.pl. Preparation of materials for environmental education (information boards, maps). 5. Project promotion: Information boards: 4 units Commemorative plaques: 4 units The marking of service station. Organising conferences. The applicant — the CRL shall have the organisational and technical facilities necessary for the implementation of the project in question. The applicant shall provide for the project to be carried out in partnership. The legal basis for the cooperation is the Partnership Agreement concluded. The partners will be: Municipality of Środa Śląska, Gmina Kodomłotá, Association of the LAG ‘Szlak of granite’, Association of the ‘Kraina Kolarów’. To the extent intended, the project is technically and technologically feasible. The project has established good practices that will guarantee high quality, sustainability and functionality while at the same time saving costs at the stage of investment and operation. The pavement road surface will be built in the traditional technology: the pavement of the mineral/bitumen mixture is assumed. The project will adopt a typical technology for the execution of works and appropriate design solutions, which are in line with the progress of technology in the area of investment in pedestrian and cycle paths. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa dwóch odcinków ścieżek rowerowych na terenie PowiatuŚredzkiego o długości 1,864 km w Gminie Środa Śląska i 1,033 km w Gminie Kostomłoty (łącznie: 2,897 km). Zakres projektu przedstawia się następująco: 1. Dokumentacja Przygotowawcza: Opracowanie Studium Wykonalności. Opracowanie projektu technicznego. 2. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej - Ciechów Cesarzowice:Roboty budowlane. Wykup gruntów. Nadzór inwestorski. Nadzór archeologiczny. Zakup stacji serwisowej 3. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej Kostomłoty-Zabłoto: Roboty budowlane. Nadzór inwestorski. Nadzór archeologiczny. Zakup stacji serwisowej 4. Edukacja ekologiczna i upowszechnianie wiedzy o korzyściach wynikających z komunikacji rowerowej: Wykonanie portalu internetowego powiat-sredzki.rowerowy.pl. Przygotowanie materiałów dotyczących edukacji ekologicznej (tablice informacyjne, mapy). 5. Promocja Projektu: Tablice informacyjne: 4 szt. Tablice pamiątkowe: 4 szt. Oznakowanie stacji serwisowych. Organizacja konferencji. Wnioskodawca – Powiat Średzki posiada zaplecze organizacyjno-techniczne niezbędne do realizacji przedmiotowego projektu. Wnioskodawca przewiduje realizację projektu na zasadach partnerstwa. Podstawą prawną współpracy jest zawarta umowa partnerstwa. Partnerami będą: Gmina Środa Śląska, Gmina Kostomłoty, Stowarzyszenie LGD "Szlakiem Granitu”, Stowarzyszenie LGD "Kraina Łęgów Odrzańskich". W planowanym zakresie projekt jest wykonalny technicznie i technologicznie. W projekcie przyjęto sprawdzone rozwiązania, które zagwarantują wysoką jakość, trwałość i funkcjonalność, przy równoczesnej oszczędności kosztów na etapie inwestycji i eksploatacji. Nawierzchnia ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej zostanie wykonana w technologii tradycyjnej – zakłada się wykonanie nawierzchni z mieszanki mineralno-bitumicznej. W projekcie przyjęta zostanie typowa technologia wykonania robót i odpowiednierozwiązania konstrukcyjne, zgodne z postępem techniki w dziedzinie inwestycji ścieżek pieszo-rowerowych. (Polish)
