The scope of the project is to include the Leader and one partner. The project will implement the IT platform offering functionality and services at 4 and 5 level of maturity (12 e-services to at least 4 stages of maturity and 1 eservice at 3 maturity). Services made available: e-registration, e-study, e-notification, e-filing, e-archive, e-feedback, e-power, e-prescription, e-mandate, e-referral, e-exemption, e-bace-purchase, e-declarations and Medical Documents. The system in place will allow services to be carried out in accordance with the interoperability, safety and accessibility standards of the disabled. Thanks to the implementation of the system, the project partners will cooperate with each other in order to commission, execute and transmit research results between medical establishments, which will speed up patients’ diagnosis and further treatment. The system will work with desktop computers and laptop, tablet or smartphone computers. As a result of the project, stakeholders will increase access to electronically supplied services. The project will result in increased access to health services, improved quality and safety, as well as a level playing field in access to eHealth services for patients. The electronic system shall provide for the exchange of data with other public data registers and shall have technical capabilities to do so. The ICT system will be prepared in order to fully cooperate with the current systems at national level with a view to launching e-services. The proposed scheme does not duplicate any functionality or the objectives of national systems. The range of medical services provided through the implementation of the scheme for the Project is at least regional (going beyond ZIT, Jeleniogórska). (English) | |||

Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje Lidera oraz jednego Partnera. W ramach projektu wdrożona zostanie platforma informatyczna oferująca funkcjonalności i e-usługi na 4 oraz 5 poziomie dojrzałości (12 e-usług na co najmniej 4 stopniu dojrzałości i 1 e-usługa na 3 stopniu dojrzałości). Udostępnione e-usługi: e-rejestracja, e-badania, e-powiadomienia, e-dokumentacja, e-archiwum, e-feedback, e-pełnomocnictwo, e-recepta, e-zlecenie, e-skierowanie, e-zwolnienie, e-backup, e-deklaracje oraz Elektroniczna Dokumentacja Medyczna. Wdrożony system pozwoli na prowadzenie usług zgodnych z przepisami prawa dotyczącymi interoperacyjności, bezpieczeństwa oraz standardu dostępu dla niepełnosprawnych. Dzięki wdrożeniu systemu, Partnerzy Projektu będą współpracowali ze sobą w ramach zlecenia, wykonywania i przesyłania wyników badań między placówkami medycznymi, co zdecydowanie przyspieszy diagnozowanie pacjentów oraz ich dalsze leczenie. Wprowadzony system będzie współpracował z komputerami typu desktop oraz urządzeniami mobilnymi typu laptop, tablet czy smartfon. W wyniku realizacji Projektu, podmioty biorące w nim udział zwiększą dostęp społeczeństwa do usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną. Rezultatem projektu będzie zwiększenie dostępu do usług medycznych, poprawa jakości i bezpieczeństwa ich świadczenia, a także wyrównanie szans w dostępie do e-usług medycznych oferowanych pacjentom. System teleinformatyczny przewiduje wymianę danych z innymi rejestrami danych publicznych i posiada ku temu techniczne możliwości. System teleinformatyczny będzie przygotowany pod kątem pełnej współpracy z realizowanymi obecnie systemami na szczeblu ogólnokrajowym właściwym dziedzinowo dla uruchamianych e-usług. Zakładany projektem system nie dubluje żadnych funkcjonalności, ani celów systemów ogólnokrajowych. Zasięg świadczonych usług medycznych za pomocą wdrożonego systemu w przypadku Partnera Projektu jest co najmniej wojewódzki (wykraczający poza ZIT Aglomeracji Jeleniogórskiej). (Polish)
