The project “Public e-services in the municipality of Lubatron” is the development of information and communication technology (ICT) provided by the municipality of Lubatón, which will enable the inhabitants of the municipality of Lubcontact with the office to come into contact with the office through the use of electronic public services. The project covers a number of key areas which focus on the creation of an enabling environment for electronic information and communication and electronic contact with residents of the municipality and all other customers of the Authority. The project includes, among other things, the modernisation of the outdated and non-functional internet portal and the bulletin of public information, the replacement of hardware, the training of staff. However, a key element of the project is a number of electronic services at maturity of 3 and 5, focused thematically around the financial services served, inter alia, by the planned purchase under the Gminny Tax Portal project, as well as by the nationwide ePUAP platform. The complementarity and coherence of the systems planned for the launch of the system will also be complemented by the introduction of new functionalities within the GIS and the digitisation of the municipality’s collections. In addition, it will also be innovative to implement the services of the municipality in terms of water reception, including remote reading of water meters. All systems planned for implementation will be adapted to display and operation by means of mobile devices and integrated and cooperating with the authorities in the fields. The project aims to increase the access of citizens and economic and social actors to the digital public services offered by the Authority. The location of the project is located in the municipality of Lubatń, and its scope extends to the whole of the municipality of Lubatń. Przedmiotem projektu „E-usługi publiczne w Gminie Lubań” jest rozwój technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych świadczonych przez Urząd Gminy Lubań, który umożliwi mieszkańcom gminy Lubań kontakt z urzędem za pośrednictwem elektronicznych usług publicznych. Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje kilka kluczowych płaszczyzn, które koncentrują się na stworzeniu przyjaznego środowiska informacji elektronicznej oraz komunikacji i kontaktu elektronicznego z mieszkańcami gminy oraz wszystkimi innymi klientami Urzędu. Projekt zakłada między innymi modernizację przestarzałego i niefunkcjonalnego portalu internetowego oraz biuletynu informacji publicznej, wymianę sprzętu komputerowego, szkolenia pracowników. Jednak kluczowym elementem projektu jest szereg usług elektronicznych na 3 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości, skoncentrowanych tematycznie wokół usług finansowych obsługiwanych między innymi przez planowany do zakupu w ramach Projektu Gminny Portal Podatkowy, jak również przez ogólnokrajową platformę ePuap. Dopełnieniem komplementarności i spójności planowanych do uruchomienia systemów będzie także wprowadzenie nowych funkcjonalności w ramach GIS oraz digitalizacja zbiorów Gminy. Ponadto, innowacyjnością będzie także wdrożenie obsługi mieszkańców Gminy w zakresie odbioru wody, w tym zdalny odczyt wodomierzy. Wszystkie planowane do wdrożenie systemy będą dostosowane do wyświetlania i obsługi za pośrednictwem urządzeń mobilnych oraz zintegrowane i współpracujące z funkcjonującymi od lat w urzędzie systemami dziedzinowymi. Realizacja projektu ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu obywateli i podmiotów gospodarczych oraz społecznych do cyfrowych usług publicznych oferowanych przez Urząd. Lokalizacja projektu mieści się w Urzędzie Gminy Lubań, natomiast jego zakres obejmuje całą Gminę Lubań. Okres rzeczowej realizacji projektu: od II kwartału 2017 r. do II kwartału 2019 r. (Polish)
