The main purpose of the project is to increase the competencies of the UMK’s teaching staff by covering project activities of 300 teaching staff (123 K and 177 M) in the course of the period 01.08.2017-31.07.2019.The target group of the project is made up of teaching and research staff of the UMK in the framework of an employment contract as an academic teacher (within the meaning of Article 108 of the PSzW).The duration of employment must include a minimum of 1,5 years from the start of participation in the project. the project will cover the substance of the project’s implementation of a high quality training programme by:An assessment of the individual needs and an assessment of the increase in the acquired competencies by taking part in the balance sheet of the competencies at the beginning and end of the project, -targeting support to the established university teaching staff, allowing them to increase their teaching assignments in foreign or innovative teaching skills, IT skills, information management, — the practical use of the acquired computers in the course of activities with student courses, — the provision of support for such a wide range of persons (300 persons in total) will help bridge the gap in access to competency, — to provide all participants with comparable support in terms of the skills required as a result of the balance of competences, and to which participants will be supported at the beginning and end of their support.Core indicators:2) Number of establishments who have increased their computers by means of ESF support: (270 3) Number of persons who have increased the number of applications from the ESF through their participation in training. from a foreign language to a number of items C 1 in accordance with the ESOKJ — 108 4) Number of persons who have increased the computers in the field of innovative teaching skills — 144 5) Number of persons who have improved the IT skills of the units in the field of information management — 126 6) Number of persons who have increased the information in the area of information management: (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej UMK poprzez objęcie działaniami projektowymi 300 os.kadry dydaktycznej (123 K i 177 M) uczelni w okresie 01.08.2017-31.07.2019. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią pracownicy dydaktyczni oraz naukowo-dydaktyczni UMK zatrudnieni w ramach umowy o pracę na stanowisku nauczyciela akademickiego (w rozumieniu art. 108 PSzW). Okres zatrudnienia musi obejmować min. 1,5 roku od momentu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie Projekt będzie obejmował swoim zakresem merytorycznym realizację wysokiej jakości programu szkoleniowego poprzez: - weryfikację indywidulanych potrzeb oraz ocenę wzrostu uzyskanych kompetencji poprzez udział w bilansie kompetencji na początku i końcu projektu, -skierowanie wsparcia do wyłonionej kadry dydaktycznej uczelni, co pozwoli im na podniesienie kompetencji dydaktycznych w zakresie prowadzenia dydaktyki w j. obcym, innowacyjnych umiejętności dydaktycznych, umiejętności informatycznych, zarządzania informacją, - praktyczne wykorzystanie pozyskanych komp.w ramach prowadzonych ze studentami zajęć, - skierowanie wsparcia do tak szerokiej grupy osób (łącznie 300 osób) pozwoli na niwelowanie rozbieżności w dostępie do podnoszenia kompetencji, - zapewnienie wszystkim uczestnikom uzyskania porównywalnego wsparcia w zakresie potrzebnych kompetencji wynikającym z bilansu kompetencj,i którym uczestnicy zostaną objęci na początku i końcu wsparci. Główne wskaźniki: 2) Liczba prac.uczelni, którzy dzięki wsparciu z EFS podnieśli swoje komp.dyd.-270 3) Liczba os.,które podniosły komp.język.poprzez udział w szkol. z języka obcego na poz. min.
