OBJECTIVE:The main objective of this project is to develop and introduce a NEW interdisciplinary model for the inclusion of 50 + supporting the maintenance of the activity of people after the age of 50 in the SME sector, MMSP and business community in the implementation of age management.This objective will also be used to provide information on an ongoing basis in the framework of the creation of a transnational partnership.AUDIENCE:The project is aimed at the following target groups — the recipients and USE of model 50 PLUSemployees 50 ± in employment, in the 50 age group +, for the maintenance of the workforce and for the continuation of the development, including the disability of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises — managers, human resources, human resources personnel, staff of human resources personnel, including the management of the age of staff in firms; training institutions, business environment institutions pursuing employment promotion policies, and implementing instruments for the implementation of systemic employment arrangements (16 partnerships).This includes advisers to public professional (employment offices) and non-public labour market institutions (vocational guidance agencies), which are responsible for the provision of career planning and career management services for employees.TASKS:1.Development of a model of 50 + in cooperation with transnational partners (meetings, telekon., study visits) 2.Testing the different levels of the model (compass 50 + in MMSP, 50 + employee needle, 50 + for business environment) 3.Analysis of model test effects (report) 4.Refinement of model 5.Implementation of the 50 + 6 NAVIGATION model.Development of recommendations for users and customers of the resolution model:contributing to the maintenance of 50 + by implementing an innovative model (English) | |||

CEL: Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest WYPRACOWANIE i WDROŻENIE NOWEGO interdyscyplinarnego modelu NAWIGACJA 50+ wspierającego utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej osób po 50 roku życia w sektorze MMSP, MMSP i instytucje otoczenia biznesu we wdrażaniu zarządzania wiekiem. Temu celowi będzie także służyć WYMIANA INFORMACJI I DOŚWIADCZEŃ realizowana na bieżąco w ramach zawiązanego partnerstwa ponadnarodowego. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Projekt skierowany jest do następujących grup docelowych - odbiorców oraz UŻYTKOWNIKÓW modelu NAWIGACJA 50 PLUSpracowników 50+ - osób pracujących, w grupie wiekowej 50+, zainteresowanych utrzymaniem zatrudnienia oraz kontynuacją rozwoju zaw., t tym os. niepełnospr.mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw - kadra zarządzająca, specjaliści Human Resources, pracownicy działów kadr zajmujący się zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi, w tym zarządzaniem wiekiem personelu w firmach;instytucji szkoleniowych, instytucji otoczenia biznesu realizujących politykę promocji zatrudnienia, posiadającch instrumenty wdrażania systemowych rozwiązań dotyczących aktywności zawodowej (z których powstanie 16 partnerstw lok. zarz. wiekiem). W gr. tej znajdują się także doradcy zawodowi publicznych (urzędy pracy) oraz niepublicznych instytucji rynku pracy (agencje poradnictwa zawodowego) zajmujący się świadczeniem usług planowania i zarządzania karierą zawodową na rzecz pracowników. ZADANIA: 1. Opracowanie modelu NAWIGACJA 50+ we współpracy z partnerami ponadnarodowymi (spotkania, telekon., wizyty studyjne) 2. Testowanie poszczególnych poziomów modelu (KOMPAS 50+ w MMSP, IGŁA KOMPASU 50+ wśród pracowników , LATARNIA 50+ dla instytucji otoczenia biznesu) 3. Analiza efektów testowania modelu (raport) 4. Dopracowanie modelu 5. Wdrożenie modelu NAWIGACJA 50+ 6. Wypracowanie rekomendacji dla użytkowników i odbiorców modelu REZULTAT: przyczynienie się do utrzymania aktywności osób 50+ poprzez wdrożenie innowacyjnego model (Polish)
