The aim of the project is to develop the economic and social function of Grajewo City by developing, testing and implementing the non-novel solution for the co-management of the public and social sector, both of the regeneration process (which the town of Grajewo begins) and the co-management of social services in the area of Grajewo Town Regeneration in cooperation with the partner of the Italian City of Turin.The solution will be implemented by the City of Grajewo, in the form of the development and implementation of a model for the co-management of the regeneration process (modelled on the solutions applied in Turin) and the initiatives carried out in the framework of the Municipal Realisation Programme, by developing a series of activities in the field of direct democracy and civic participation, which will revitalise the district.The planned model will be designed to structure a multisectorial structure in which the coordination function will belong to the public sector, while the social economy actors and residents will be actively involved in both the revitalisation process and the various initiatives carried out in the Grajewo town of Grajewo for the 2017 2027s.An innovative solution to manage the regeneration process and the initiatives carried out under the GMI will consist of 3 components: (a) Co-management of the regeneration process with joint management of the social economy sector (b) focusing support for social economy actors; (c) the model of social services provided by PES aimed at the wide inclusion of inhabitants in regeneration processes. the target group of support is the employees of M. Grajewo and subordinate units (the Municipal Centre for Social Assistance (MOPS)) and the social economy entities (PSE), primarily non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and their representatives. in addition, representatives of the jst and PES representatives will participate during the implementation seminar. Celem projektu jest rozwój funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych Miasta Grajewo poprzez opracowanie, przetestowanie i wdrożenienowatorskiego rozwiązania współzarządzania sektora publicznegoispołecznego zarówno procesem rewitalizacji (którego wdrażanie miasto Grajewo rozpoczyna) jak też współzarządzania usługami społecznymi w obszarze rewitalizacji Miasta Grajewo we współpracy z partnerem włoskim Miastem Turyn. Wypracowane rozwiązanie zostanie wdrożone przez Miasto Grajewo, w formie opracowania i wdrożenia modelu współzarządzania procesem rewitalizacji (wzorowanym na rozwiązaniach stosowanych w Turynie)oraz inicjatywami realizowanymi w ramach Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji poprzez opracowanie szeregu działań z zakresu demokracji bezpośredniej i partycypacji obywatelskiej, które ożywią rewiitalizowaną część miasta. Planowany model będzie miał konstrukcję multisektorową, w której funkcja koordynacyjna należeć będzie (wzorem Turynu) do sektora publicznego, natomiast podmioty ekonomii społecznej oraz mieszkańcy będą aktywnie włączani zarówno w proces prowadzenia rewitalizacji, jak również poszczególnych inicjatyw realizowanych w ramachGPRMiasta Grajewo na lata 2017 2027. Nowatorskie rozwiązanie współzarządzania procesem rewitalizacji oraz inicjatywami realizowanymi w ramach Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji składać się będzie z 3 komponentów:a) współzarządzanie procesem rewitalizacji z uwzg. współzarządzania sektora społecznegob) zogniskowane wsparcie podmiotów ekonomii społecznej,c) model usług społecznych świadczonych przez PES mający na celu szerokie włączenie mieszkańców w procesy rewitalizacji.Grupą docelową wsparcia są pracownicy samorządowi z M. Grajewo wraz z podległymi jednostkami (Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej [MOPS]) oraz działające na terenie Grajewa podmioty ekonomii społecznej (PES) przede wszystkim organizacje pozarządowe (NGO) i ich przedstawiciele.Dodatkowo w projekcie będą brać udział przedstawiciele jst i PES w trakcie seminarium wdrożeniowego.
