The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the state of operation of the State University of Sanok (PWHS) by extending the offer of the Karier Office, developing IT tools for university management and strengthening the management and teaching competences of PWPDs in the period of 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [krill. Implementation of the Academic Platform of the Karier Office, 4. Implementation of the IT management tools of the University, 5. Management and administrative training, 6. Training courses to increase the teaching competences of higher education staff: PWSZ Sanok, staff of the office of Karier PWSZ, managers, staff of teaching staff, PWSZ.In the context of the project are modules 4), a module to support the provision of quality services by institutions that assist students to start working on the labour market, (6) a management module in higher education institutions. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości funkcjonowania Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej im. Jana Grodka w Sanoku (PWSZ) poprzez poszerzenie oferty Biura Karier, rozwój informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania uczelnią oraz podniesienie kompetencji zarządczych i dydaktycznych kadry PWSZ w okresie 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 7]. Główne działania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu:1. Zatrudnienie doradcy zawodowego,2. Organizację szkoleń dla pracowników BK,3. Wdrożenie Platformy Akademickiego Biura Karier, 4. Wdrożenie informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania uczelnią,5. Szkolenia dla kadry kierowniczej i administracyjnej, 6. Szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje dydaktyczne kadr uczelni.Grupy docelowe: PWSZ Sanok, pracownicy Biura Karier PWSZ, kadra kierownicza, kadra dydaktyczna, studenci PWSZ.W ramach projektu realizowane są moduły:4) Moduł wsparcia świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług przez instytucje wspomagające studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy, 6) Moduł zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 10].PWSZ im. Jana Grodka w Sanoku w ramach konkursu nr POWR.03.05.00-IP.08-00-PZ1/17 składa tylko jeden wniosek [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 3], tylko w ścieżce I [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 2].Uczelnia kształci 971 studentów. Wartość projektu wynosi 2087526,55 PLN [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 8]Wsparcia udzielają wyłącznie jednostki organizacyjne, które spełniają warunki, aby prowadzić studia na określonym kierunku studiów oraz poziomie kształcenia[KRYT. DOSTĘPU 4].Kierunki objęte projektem nie posiadają negatywnej oceny jakości kształcenia PKA[KRYT.
