L'OBBIETTIVO COMPLESSIVO DEL PROGETTO DI RICERCA IN QUESTIONE E' LO SVILUPPO DI DUE IMPIANTI PILOTA, UNO COSTITUITO DA UN CLUSTER DI BIOREATTORI CHIUSO UN SISTEMA INDOOR SOTTO SERRA PER SALGAIM, E L'ALTRO IDENTIFICABILE COME UNA VASCA APERTA - OUTDOOR PER VERITAS, CHE PERMETTANO UN TRATTAMENTO DI DEPURAZIONE BIOTECNOLOGICO DELLE ACQUE REFLUE DI ORIGINE INDUSTRIALE E CIVILE RISPETTIVAMETE PRODOTTE DALLE DUE AZIENDE. ALL'INTERNO DEI DUE IMPIANTI PILOTA SARANNO FATTE SVILUPPARE LE MICROALGHE ALIMENTATE CON LE ACQUE REFLUE, RICCHE IN AZOTO, FOSFORO ED AMMONIACA. LE MICROALGHE SARANNO DI ORIGINE AUTOCTONA RACCOLTE ED ISOLATE PRESSO LA ZONA LAGUNARE VENEZIANA. FUNGENDO DA FILTRO BIOLOGICO, LE MICROALGHE ABBATTERANNO IL CARICO INQUINANTE NUTRENDOSENE IN QUANTO: AZOTO, FOSFATO ED AMMONIACA RAPPRESENTANO I NUTRIENTI BASILARI PER QUESTO TIPO DI MICRORGANISMI FOTOSINTETICI. LA BIOMASSA MICROALGALE OTTENUTA, VERRA' UTILIZZATA PER ESTRARNE LA COMPONENTE OLEOSA, PER LA PRODUZIONE DI BIOCARBURANT (Italian)

THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH PROJECT IN QUESTION IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF TWO PILOT PLANTS, ONE CONSISTING OF A CLOSED BIOREACTOR CLUSTER OF AN INDOOR GREENHOUSE SYSTEM FOR SALGAIM, AND THE OTHER IDENTIFIABLE AS AN OPEN BATH — OUTDOOR TO VERITAS, WHICH WOULD ALLOW A BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PURIFICATION OF THE WASTE WATER OF INDUSTRIAL AND CIVILIAN ORIGIN OF THE TWO FARMS. WITHIN THE TWO PILOT PLANTS, MICROALGAE FED WITH WASTE WATER, RICH IN NITROGEN, PHOSPHORUS AND AMMONIA WILL BE DEVELOPED. MICROALGAE WILL BE SOURCED AND ISOLATED FROM THE VENETIAN LAGOON AREA. BY ACTING AS A BIOLOGICAL FILTER, MICROALGAE WILL BREAK THE POLLUTANT LOAD NUTRENDONE BECAUSE: NITROGEN, PHOSPHATE AND AMMONIA ARE THE BASIC NUTRIENTS FOR THIS TYPE OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC MICROORGANISMS. THE DERIVED MICROALAGALE BIOMASS, WHICH IS USED TO EXTRACT ITS OIL COMPONENT, FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIOCARBURANT (English)
