THE INTERVENTION CONSISTS OF THE COMPLETION OF A COMPLETE PRODUCTION CYCLE OF THE PRODUCT ‘FROZEN’ WITHIN THE HOLDING, WITHOUT ALTERING THE OTHER PRODUCTION PROCESSES IN PLACE. THE MINIMUM OBJECTIVE IS BOTH TO CONSOLIDATE THE CURRENT EMPLOYMENT LEVELS AND TO MAINTAIN AND INCREASE THE POSITION TAKEN ON THE REFERENCE MARKET, WHICH IS CHARACTERISED BY A STRONG PRESENCE OF SIMILAR BARS ACTIVITY, BUT WHICH RARELY OFFER A ICE-CREAM OF ITS OWN, PREFERRING TO RELY ON EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS.
