THE ‘A ISCOL @ TO GROW IV’ PROJECT ADDRESSED TO PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS AND AIMS TO PROVIDE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT TO PUPILS WHO ARE IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION IN TERMS OF COGNITIVE DEFICITS, PSICO-AFETIVI OR SOCIAL AND FAMILY BACKGROUNDS. THERE ARE SOME PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL WHO LIVE IN A ‘FAMILY HOME’ DUE TO DIFFICULT FAMILY SITUATIONS; SOME OTHERS LIVE IN FAMILIES THAT ARE NOT ADEQUATE TO PROVIDE CHILDREN AND CHILDREN WITH SUFFICIENT EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT AND ARE AT RISK OF BEING DISPERSED. SPECIALISTS PROVIDE TEACHERS WITH TOOLS TO DEAL WITH COMPLEX SITUATIONS AND PUPILS CAN MAKE A PERSONALISED PATHWAY BASED ON THEIR REAL NEEDS, THROUGH THE USE OF STRATEGIES SUCH AS TUTORING, MENTORING, COUNSELLING. THE INTERVENTION IS ALSO EXTENDED TO FAMILIES FOR A PARENT TRAINING COURSE, AIMED AT PREVENTING AND OVERCOMING PSYCHOSOCIAL BARRIERS AFFECTING THEM. (English)
