The purpose of the project is to finance the commissioning of two rounds of two semesters Type III for judges adjudicating in economic/bankruptcy divisions and public prosecutors and prosecutors who are prosecuted for economic/financial crime, with regard to restructuring, insolvency and financial crime law, with regard to restructuring, insolvency and financial law, which are integrated with the knowledge of the rule of law in cases of economic affairs, with particular reference to matters falling within the scope of the restructuring law, in the light of the modified programme resulting from the previous competition. The project is aimed at 70 judges conducting restructuring and insolvency proceedings from across Poland, as well as prosecutors and prosecutor’s offices in charge of prosecution of economic/financial crimes. The applicant shall not establish a rigid percentage of judges/prosecutors. However, it will adapt the practical activities to the needs of these groups. one course of study will cover 160 hours of activities, of which 30 % will be in the form of workshops, up to 10 people. The workshops will be conducted by lawyers with at least 5 years of legal experience acquired during the last 8 years outside university. Number of members of the judiciary who have increased competence in the field of civil and commercial law for 63, including 34 K, 29M. The number of persons who carry out their professional qualifications in civil and commercial law by participating in postgraduate studies by 31.07.2020 to 63, 34 K and 29M.A, consists of three tasks: preparation of postgraduate studies, conduct of studies and studies, II studies. Projekt ma na celu sfinansowanie uruchomienia dwóch tur dwusemestralnych studiów podyplomowych typu III dla sędziów orzekającychw wydziałach gospodarczych/upadłościowych oraz prokuratorów i asesorów prokuratorskich ścigających przestępczość gospodarczą / finansową, w zakresie prawo restrukturyzacyjne, upadłościowe i finansowe zintegrowane z wiedzą pozaprawną przydatną w rozstrzyganiu spraw gospodarczych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem spraw z zakresu prawa restrukturyzacyjnego, według zmodyfikowanego programu opracowanego w wyniku poprzedniego konkursu. Projekt jest skierowany do 70 sędziów prowadzących postępowania restrukturyzacyjne i upadłościowe z całej Polski oraz prokuratorów i asesorów prokuratorskich zajmujących się ściganiem przestępstw gospodarczych/finansowych. Wnioskodawca nie ustala sztywnego odsetka sędziów/prokuratorów. Dostosuje jednak zajęcia praktyczne do potrzeb tych grup.Jedna tura studiów będzie obejmowała 160 godzin zajęć, z czego 30% będzie odbywała się w formie warsztatów, w grupach maksymalnie 10 osobowych. Zajęcia warsztatowe będą prowadzili prawnicy z min. 5 letnim doświadczeniem prawniczym, zdobytym w ciągu ostatnich 8 lat poza uczelnią.Główne rezultaty: Liczba pracowników wymiaru sprawiedliwości, którzy podnieśli kompetencje w zakresie prawa cywilnego i gospodarczego osoby 63, w tym34 K, 29M. Liczba osób, które podniosą swoje kwalifikacje w zakresie prawa cywilnego i gospodarczego przez udział w studiach podyplomowych do 31.07.2020r - 63 osoby, 34K, 29M.Projekt obejmuje trzy zadania: przygotowanie studiów podyplomowych, przeprowadzenie I tury studiów, przeprowadzenie II tury studiów.
