The main objective of the project is KIERUNKU DESING, in business, of a practical tool in the field of training in the programme of training courses in the course of cooperation with the socio-economic environment between 50 and 31.12.2020 in the course of training courses in cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the course of cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the period from 01.03.2017 to.Dising in business as a project course is part of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region’s Regional Innovation Strategy and Regional Smart Smart Specialisation:cultural heritage, arts, creative industries.The project involves measures to involve employers in the preparation of the training programme and a modification of the study programme in cooperation with the socio-economic environment (modification of the content of the silabus, by introducing new, up-to-date content linked to the thematic area concerned, by working with teaching and teaching materials;change in the format of the activities;the activities of practitioners in the socio-economic environment) and the implementation of one 3-year (starting from the academic year 2017/2018) the education cycle according to the modified programme, including the recruitment of students, the execution of activities and the defence of the thesis.The project is aimed at 50 students/female students who undertake to study for the CPD and transient (Faculty of Tor:25oS, Faculty of BDG:25oS.), aged 18-55., out of more than three years old, working and not working, disabled and disabled.The actions in the project will improve the competence of the 43 people involved in higher education.The project meets all access criteria (1,2 — description in point3.2;4 TO 3.1.23,7,8,9 TO 4.15,6,10,12-budget) and bonus criteria (2, 5-3.2;6-3.1 and 4-4.1) (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest MODYFIKACJA KIERUNKU DESING W BIZNESIE O PROFILU PRAKTYCZNYM W WYŻSZEJ SZKOLE BANKOWEJ W TORUNIU OBEJMUJĄCEGO 50 STUDENTÓW DOSTOSOWANEGO W OPARCIU O ANALIZY I PROGNOZY DO POTRZEB GOSPODARKI, RYNKU PRACY I SPOŁECZEŃSTWA poprzez wprowadzenie w programie kształcenia na ww. kierunku nowych rozwiązań opracowanych i realizowanych we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w okresie od 01.03.2017 do 31.12.2020. Desing w biznesie jako kierunek studiów objęty projektem wpisuje się w Regionalną Strategię Innowacji Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego oraz Regionalną Inteligentną Specjalizację: dziedzictwo kulturowe, sztuka, przemysły kreatywne. W projekcie zakłada się działania włączające pracodawców w przygotowanie programu kształcenia i modyfikację programu studiów we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym (modyfikacja treści programowych sylabusa, poprzez wprowadzenie nowych, aktualnych treści związanych z danym obszarem tematycznym, wypracowanie manuali do zajęć i materiałów dydaktycznych; zmiana formy realizacji zajęć; prowadzenie zajęć przez praktyków z otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczym) oraz realizację jednego 3-letniego (rozpoczynając od roku akademickiego 2017/2018) cyklu kształcenia zgodnie z modyfikowanym programem, w tym rekrutację studentów, realizację zajęć i obrony prac dyplomowych. Projekt skierowany jest do 50 studentów/studentek, którzy podejmą studia na kierunku DwB I st. tryb niestacjonarny (Wydział w Tor: 25os., Wydział w BDG: 25os.), w wieku 18-55l., z wykszt. ponadgim. lub wyższym, pracujący i niepracujący, pełnosprawni i z niepełnosprawnością. Realizowane w projekcie działania spowodują, że poprawie ulegną kompetencje 43 osób uczestniczących w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym. Projekt spełnia wszystkie kryteria dostępu (1,2– opis w pkt. 3.2; 4 - 3.1.2; 3,7,8,9 – 4.1; 5,6,10,12 – budżet) oraz kryteria premiujące (2, 5 – 3.2; 6 - 3.1 i 4 - 4.1) (Polish)
