The main aim of the project is to increase the professional skills needed in the labour market for 202 people (47 women;155 Men) in the Social Academy of Sciences in the four most recent study courses in the following directions:(1) National Security I Step:110 persons (30K, 80M);(2) Informatics:68 persons (13K, 55M);Second step:24 persons (4K, 20M), which have the effect of employing 45 % of these persons.The following activities will be carried out:individual sheets of skills, certified training and workshops, supplementary classes with employers, study visits and additional practical tasks in design form from 02.01.2017 to 30.09.2019At least 45 % of the participants in the project, at least 91 (21K, 70M), will be employed or continue to study (within 6 months from the end of education) to a minimum of of the participants in the project.For 110 (30K, 80M), student and junior students first step National Security support is provided support to the competence balance sheets (preliminary and final study), certified vocational training courses, additional classes with employers and study visits to employers, training courses and activities:Information security management, securing of major events, Practical shooting.For 92 (17K, 75M), student and I and II students’ degree of informatics support is provided support to the competence balance sheets (preliminary and final testing), certified vocational training workshops, additional activities with employers and additional practical tasks in project form.Workshops and activities:for Level I — Programming of business applications, for step II — Advanced programming of business logic and graphics for applications.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 202 osób (47 Kobiet; 155 Mężczyzn) kształcących się w Społecznej Akademii Nauk na czterech ostatnich semestrach studiów na kierunkach: (1) Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe I stopień: 110 osób (30K, 80M); (2) Informatyka I stopień: 68 osób (13K, 55M); II stopień: 24 osoby (4K, 20M), skutkujące zatrudnieniem 45% tych osób. Realizowane będą: indywidualne Bilanse Kompetencji, certyfikowane szkolenia i zajęcia warsztatowe, zajęcia dodatkowe z pracodawcami, wizyty studyjne i dodatkowe zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej w okresie od 02.01.2017r. do 30.09.2019r. Zapewnia się podjęcie zatrudnienia lub kontynuowanie studiów na II stopniu (w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia) przez min 45% osób uczestniczących w projekcie, min. 91 osób (21K, 70M). Dla 110 (30K, 80M) studentek i studentów I stopnia kierunku Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe zapewniono wsparcie Bilansami Kompetencji (badanie wstępne i końcowe), certyfikowane szkolenia kształcącym kompetencje zawodowe, dodatkowe zajęcia z pracodawcami i wizyta studyjne u pracodawców, Tematyka szkoleń i zajęć: Zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem informacji, Zabezpieczenie imprez masowych, Praktyczne strzelanie. Dla 92 (17K, 75M) studentek i studentów I i II stopnia kierunku Informatyka zapewniono wsparcie Bilansami Kompetencji (badanie wstępne i końcowe), certyfikowane warsztaty kształcące kompetencje zawodowe, dodatkowe zajęciom z pracodawcami i dodatkowe zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej. Tematyka warsztatów i zajęć: dla I stopnia - Programowanie aplikacji biznesowych, dla II stopnia - Zaawansowane programowanie logiki biznesowej i grafiki w aplikacjach użytkowych. (Polish)
