The main objective of the project is to facilitate the entry into the labour market of SFS graduates in Suwałki by raising communication skills, interpersonal, analytical and entrepreneurial competences of 280 students (165K, 115M) in the BW, K,P, FIR, F,E, B,T in the period from 01.03.2017 to 31.03.2019 (KD5). as part of the project, 280 students will increase their chances on the labour market through the increase in the soft competences expected by employers, i.e. communications, interpersonal, analytical and entrepreneurial competences (KD9), and at least 40 % of them will take up employment and/or continue to pursue their studies in upper secondary education.The target group of the project is the students who are at the end of their education.And I and II.During the two editions, the project will be covered by 165 K and 115 M. Participating States will participate in certified training courses in training and communication/interpersonal/entrepreneurial skills, including certified BTEC WorkSkills training courses (90h/U).communications (24h/os) and entrepreneurial (16h/os);cooperation between universities and social partners in the form of additional practical courses, acquired by soft skills in employers (16h/U).The tasks shall cover only additional forms of training which do not occur in the course of education on subjects covered by the design. the form and scope of the study shall ensure maximum efficiency in order to reinforce the most relevant competences from the point of view of labour market needs.The intended forms of support for participants and project activities will help to bridge the skills gap of young workers diagnosed in employers’ expectations of interpersonal, communication, analysis.Each project participant will participate in all forms of support offered (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie wejścia na rynek pracy absolwentom PWSZ w Suwałkach poprzez podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych,interpersonalnych,analitycznych i przedsiębiorczych 280 studentów(165K,115M) kierunków BW,K,P,Fir,F,E,B,T w okresie od 01.03.2017 r. do 31.03.2019 r. (KD5) W ramach realizacji projektu 280studentów zwiększy swoje szanse na rynku pracy poprzez wzrost kompetencji miękkich oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, tj. komunikacyjnych,interpersonalnych, analitycznych i przedsiębiorczych (KD9), a co najmniej 40% z tej grupy podejmie zatrudnienie i/lub będzie kontynuowało naukę na studiach II stopnia. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią studenci, którym do zakończ. edukacji pozostaje od jednego do maks. czterech sem. studiów stacjon. I i II st. ww kier. W trakcie dwóch edycji, projektem zostanie objętych 165 K i 115 M. Uczestn. projektu wezmą udział w certyfikowanych szkoleniach kształcących kompet. komunikacyjne/interpersonalne/analityczne i przedsiębiorcze, w tym certyfikowanych szkoleniach BTEC WorkSkills (90h/U).W projekcie przewidziano zespołowe zajęcia praktyczne realizowane w formie projektowej/ studia przypadków z zakresu konkret.kompetencji: komunikacyjnych (24h/os)i przedsiębiorczych (16h/os); współpracę uczelni z otoczeniem społ-gosp w formie dodatkowych zajęć praktycznych kształ. nabyte kompetencje miękkie u pracodawców (16h/U). Zadania obejmują wyłącznie dodatkowe formy kształcenia,które nie występują w toku kształcenia na kierunkach objętych projektem.Wybrana forma i zakres tematyczny zapewni maksymalną efektywność dla wzmocnienia kompetencji najistotniejszych z punktu widzenia potrzeb rynku pracy. Przewidziane formy wsparcia uczestników i działań projektowych przyczynią się do zniwelowania deficytów kompetencyjnych młodych pracowników w zdiagnozowanych w badaniach oczekiwań pracodawców tj. kompetencji interpersonalnych, komunikacyjnych,analitycznych.Każdy uczestnik projektu weźmie udział we wszystkich formach wsparcia oferowanych (Polish)
