The main objective of the project is to increase the skills matching the needs of the economy, the labour market and society in at least 14 students/ek of the Social Economy of the National Education University by means of dual studies in cooperation with employers by the end of December 2021. the project will support 20 students/years of university degree II towards the practical economics of the Social Economy at the National Education University. The project provides for a modification of the training programme and dual training taking into account the achievement of all the learning outcomes foreseen in the training programme. It shall cooperate with representatives of institutions in the social economy area or in doing so. The study programme will be consulted and the relevant modifications made. As part of the established cooperation, representatives of the socio-economic environment will carry out activities in a practical way. The modified study programme will also cover the execution of 3-month traineeships at 1 and 2 years of study. The traineeship programme will be developed in partnership with the receiving institutions. The project involves the provision of training courses to improve student/student competency and study visits to entities that can serve as examples of good practice. A diploma of at least 10 students/ek will be written in the care of an ancillary promoter/a company representative, with the help of students/women to select the subject of labour. the students will be better prepared to enter the labour market through the implementation of the planned activities in the project. Close cooperation with the institutions in the socio-economic environment will ensure the implementation of a programme to prepare students to be professionals in the field of social economy and the development of corporate social responsibility. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa u co najmniej 14 studentów/ek kierunku Ekonomia Społeczna realizowanego w Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej poprzez realizację kierunku w formie studiów dualnych we współpracy z pracodawcami do końca grudnia 2021 r.W ramach projektu zaplanowano wsparcie dla 20 studentów/ek studiów stacjonarnych II stopnia na kierunku praktycznym Ekonomia Społeczna realizowanym w Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej. Projekt przewiduje modyfikację programu kształcenia i realizację studiów dualnych uwzględniających realizację wszystkich efektów kształcenia przewidzianych w programie kształcenia. Zostanie nawiązana współpraca z przedstawicielami instytucji z obszaru ekonomii społecznej lub prowadzących działania w tym zakresie. Zostaną przeprowadzone konsultacje programu studiów i naniesione odpowiednie modyfikacje. W ramach nawiązanej współpracy przedstawiciele otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego będą prowadzić zajęcia w formie praktycznej. Zmodyfikowany program studiów będzie obejmował również realizację 3-miesięcznych staży na 1 i 2 roku studiów. Program staży będzie opracowany we współpracy z instytucjami przyjmującymi na staż. Projekt zakłada realizację szkoleń podnoszących kompetencje studentów/ek oraz wizyt studyjnych w podmiotach mogące służyć jako przykłady tzw. dobrych praktyk. Prace dyplomowe co najmniej 10 studentów/ek będą pisane pod opieką promotora pomocniczego -przedstawiciela firmy, z którego pomocą studenci/tki wybiorą temat pracy.Dzięki realizacji zaplanowanych działań w Projekcie studenci/tki będą lepiej przygotowani do wejścia na rynek pracy. Ścisła współpraca z instytucjami z otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego zapewni realizację programu przygotowującego studentów/ki do bycia specjalistami w zakresie ekonomii społecznej i rozwoju idei społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu.
