The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Wrocław and the district of Wrocław.The main output of the project will be to take up employment by:17 % of disabled people completing the 35 % of the long-term unemployed, completing the 36 % of the low-skilled, who will end their participation in the project?43 % of the persons without the categories mentioned above, which will conclude their participation in the project.Participants in the project will be young people aged 18-29 benefiting directly from support, registered in the Poviat Labour Office in Wrocław as unemployed (falling under or II of the Aid Profile in accordance with Article 33 of the Act of 20.04.2004 on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions) of Wrocław District and Poviat of Wrocław, which do not participate in the education and training of NEETs as defined in OP KED 2014-2020.In total, 591 people will join the project, including 390 women and 201 men.Each participant in the project will be provided with a specific offer to activate the profession, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant.An individual and comprehensive youth educational and training activation will be carried out based on at least three elements:Aid profile?An individual Job Plan and/or Career Guidance.On this basis, the Authority will carry out the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The high quality of employment will be guaranteed by offering job offers in line with the WER OP in this respect.Project participants will be supported in the following tasks:training placements, one-off measures for business start-ups (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wrocławski oraz powiecie m. Wrocław. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 17% osób niepełnosprawnych, które zakończą udział w projekcie 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, które zakończą udział w projekcie 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, które zakończą udział w projekcie ? 43% osób bez kategorii wyżej wymienionych, które zakończą udział w projekcie. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat korzystające bezpośrednio ze wsparcia, zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy we Wrocławiu jako osoby bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy zgodnie z art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20.04.2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy) zamieszkałe w powiecie wrocławskim oraz powiecie m. Wrocław, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020. Ogółem do projektu przystąpi 591 osób w tym 390 kobiet i 201 mężczyzn. Każdemu uczestnikowi projektu zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Realizowana będzie indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo-edukacyjna osób młodych oparta na co najmniej trzech elementach tj.: ? profilu pomocy ? Indywidualnym Planie Działania ? pośrednictwie pracy lub/i poradnictwie zawodowym. Na tej podstawie Urząd realizował będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wysoka jakość zatrudnienia zostanie zagwarantowana poprzez przedstawianie ofert pracy wpisujących się w zapisy PO WER w tym zakresie. Uczestnicy projektu otrzymają wsparcie w ramach realizacji następujących zadań: staże szkolenia jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (Polish)
