GOAL:Increased employment opportunities for non-registered unemployed persons among the 50 target groups of the project, achieved by their participation in individual activation programmes carried out during the project period, i.e.01.12.2017-15.10.2018.The achievement of the principal objective will be expressed by the ratio of the figures of the result indicators to the value of the output indicators, the final measurement of which will take place within 3 months of the end of the participation in the project by the last participant (no later than 14.01.2019).AUDIENCE:The project targets only persons who are unemployed (only for unemployed persons not registered at the employment offices) aged 15-29 (100 % UP — 30K, 20M), including persons with disabilities (minimum 10 % of OP — 3K, 2M), who do not participate in education and training (NEETs), as defined by the NEET category adopted in OP KED 2014-2020, excluding the group specified for the 1.3.1 OP KED competitive procedure.The project assumes that at least 40 % of the target group (12 K, 8 M) are long-term unemployed.The project is aimed only at persons living in the area of WKB within the meaning of the Civil Code.TASKS:• IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS,• OCCUPATIONAL GUIDANCE, PLACEMENT,• TRAINING,• INTERNSHIPS AND TRAINEESHIPS.RESULTS:• Number of unemployed persons who have received an offer of employment, continued education, apprenticeship or traineeship upon leaving• Number of unemployed persons in education/training or receiving qualifications or working (including self-employment) upon leaving• Number of unemployed people who have completed the YEI supported intervention. CEL GŁÓWNY: Większe możliwości zatrudnienia osób niezarejestrowanych bezrobotnych wśród 50 osób stanowiących grupę docelową projektu, osiągnięte przez ich udział w indywidualnych programach aktywizacji zawodowej przeprowadzonych w okresie realizacji projektu, tj. 01.12.2017-15.10.2018. Stopień osiągnięcia celu głównego będzie wyrażony poprzez stosunek uzyskanych wartości liczbowych wskaźników rezultatów do wartości wskaźników produktów, ich ostateczny pomiar nastąpi w okresie do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w projekcie przez ostatniego uczestnika (najpóźniej do 14.01.2019). GRUPA DOCELOWA: Projekt skierowany jest wyłącznie do osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia (wyłącznie do osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy) w wieku 15-29 lat (100% UP – 30K, 20M) , w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami (min. 10% UP – 3K, 2M), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020, z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 PO WER. Projekt zakłada, iż co najmniej 40% grupy docelowej (12 K, 8 M), stanowią osoby długotrwale bezrobotne. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób zamieszkujących na obszarze WK-P w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego. ZADANIA: • IDENTYFIKACJA POTRZEB, • PORADNICTWO ZAWODOWE, POŚREDNICTWO PRACY, • SZKOLENIA, • STAŻE I PRAKTYKI. REZULTATY: • Liczba osób bezrobotnych, które otrzymały ofertę pracy, kształcenia ustawicznego, przygotowania zawodowego lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu. • Liczba osób bezrobotnych, uczestniczących w kształceniu/ szkoleniu lub uzyskujących kwalifikacje lub pracujących (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu. • Liczba osób bezrobotnych, które ukończyły interwencję wspieraną w ramach Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych.
